Shes singing about the unexpected earthy feminine sexual awakening when you fall in love with someone and experience the torrential desire that inspires and how dangerous and powerful that surrender feels.

Her almost consistent vibrato. Her transition from soft singing to strong animalistic belts. Her use of vocal fry. Her intense confession right before the song ends. Her voice alone in this track makes me want to cry. To transform. To do something in this world. To live.
