Synopsis:
Sowmya (Tabu), Meenakshi (Aishwarya Rai) and Kamala (Shamili) are her three daughters with contrasting personalities. Tabu is a practical,down to earth girl but is still not immune from disappointments. She doesn't expect much from her life. She believes and accepts things that come her way. Major Bala (Mammootty) is a army officer who loses his leg in a terrorist attack. He develops liking for Aishwarya. Manohar (Ajith) first movie clicks bigtime. Will he come back to hold Tabu's hand or leaves her to her ill fate? Will Abbas (Srikanth)and Aishwarya get together again? What is the fate of Mamotty? Rajiv Maenon sensitively portrays the vicissitudes in the sisters lives and gives an emotional and touching ending to the film.

నేను ఫస్ట్ టైం కామెంట్ పెడుతునాను, వాట్ ఏ మూవీ ఎంత బాగుంది అసలు, చాలా లేటుగా చూసాను. 2023 లో నేను చూసిన గొప్ప సినిమా.. 🥰🥰
What I like most about this movie is the editing (screen play?). Every scene has the right pause. Two impeccable scenes are - Ash proposing to Mammootty, and Tabu spurning Ajith. Both men go down the stairs to process their feelings, while the women are taking a moment to themselves. Indian movies generally rush the pair into each other's arms and break into a stupid song. Here there's no mad dash to bring them together, no mumbling incoherently, no standing frozen in the same spot. That's why both scenes are memorable. Especially the silent exchange between Ajith and Tabu at the end.
