I was at this concert and I still remember it to this day. Montreal jazz festival is very strict for encores (to allow people to go to other concerts in the city). But the audience didn’t want to leave at the end of his performance. We got 3 encores which was unprecedented to my knowledge. I left the concert in tears, totally emotional of what just happened. One of these concerts you’ll remember for life
Not just is Bobby one of the most gifted musicians of this world but also one of the greatest comedians without even telling one joke. He's a kind of a music clown and at the same time a spiritual healer. I would say Bobby is a kind of a shaman whose greatest talent is to bring joy and love to the world especially to humans.
I really enjoy how much Bobby appreciates the people that are preforming with him. He looks sincerely interested and impressed by each and every one of them.
Wow - what a revelation!!! Just the part with Richard Bona is priceless: having fun together, joking around while delivering a worldclass performance. That's what you call "cool".
Anyone interested in attending a Master class performance of how to truly use your voice as a musical instrument? Pay close attention to this man. Unbelievable!!
Bobby comes out absolutely confident that he is going to entertain himself and his invited guests for a session of improvisation, syncopation, lots of lip smacking and sounds only humans can make; have a good time he does, but he brings his entire audience with him on a magical musical experience they will not forget, ever. hat a guy!
This guy blows my mind in every possible way. It's not only his mastery of hitting the notes, but his knowledge and use of a breathtaking array of musical styles and traditions. Such a genius!
Love Bobby McFerrin. He is a legend and a genius. I've been lucky enough to sing and play in the circle(song). Thank you for posting this. Someone who brings this much joy into the world is a treasure.
not gonna lie i love how he shuts the audience up when they try to applaud. he's just like "nope. this ain't about cheering.

I love how he is able to take absolute gibberish and random sounds and make cool music out of it all.
I don't need lo-fi anymore. Bobby's concerts is only required thing to bring peace in soul
