Important detail... The CX 5 uses an H11B bulb, not an H11A. There is a difference in the 3 locating lug positions. Most auto parts stores only carry the H11A version. It will fit but the filament will be misaligned resulting in poor light performance and the horizontal cutoff line being misaligned. If upgrading to an HID or LED system, be sure to order/confirm the H11B config. A couple after market vendors do sell an H11 bulb with a rotating collar that can be adjusted for either config. A Google search will provide photo showing the difference in the locating lug positions.
You probably have the LED headlight system (much brighter lighting but much more expensive to replace) that came with the technology package for the CX5. This is the regular halogen bulb headlight version.
