    Can you build a circuit that does all this but without the transformer ???? The transformer is really just to big and heavy. Would not work in many cases. I like your work. You have good skills. Thanks for the upload.

      Bro i dont think that it will work without transformer
      But if u want the inverter to be lighter then go for the ferrite core transformers those can handle high current and r lighter (not the torroidal) ones

    It's not a sine wave inverter it is a square wave inverter because the sine wave inverter in transformer have 2 wire high current side and the square wave inverter has 3 wire in high current side more information just you open your computer ups is sine wave inverter look that the transformer

      12-0-12 apparently but any that can transfer 230v or 120v to 12 volts,you'll just connect it the other way
