I love your coat. Such a wonderful job. It’s stunning. I too love Lindsay Fowler’s patterns. I’m currently knitting the Pine Bough Sock. So much fun with her interesting designs. Have a wonderful new year to come. Thank you for your podcast and including us with your traditions.
Dear Jule, thank you for sharing your beautiful projects, they are beautiful especially your stunning coat! I would love to get some wool fabric to make a riding skirt. I am making the Altheda sweater from your beautiful unspun & loving the fabric it is producing. Thank you for sharing your family traditions. I have some German heritage which comes from the Baden-Baden area. Was able to briefly visit in 1998 but would love to go back again. Holzschuh is my maiden surname. Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas & healthy Happy New Year from Maine USA! Looking forward to joining the holiday knit along.
Jule! I don’t think I’ve ever seen your long hair, it’s such a beautiful blonde! Your knits are beautiful. And your coat! Very classic. Your sewing skills are wonderful. I learned when I was young from a great aunt who was a seamstress. The time you took on the finishing details a top notch. Wishing you all the traditions and heart warming memories created these holidays. I wish you peaceful rest at the end of your very busy year ❤
Awwww you are so kind, thank you so much! Yes, it has grown so long again! I usually donate a long ponytail of my hair every couple of years and I think it definitely is time to do so again 🤭🤭 I’m so happy you like the coat and thank you SO much for the big compliment on my sewing, I’m literally blushing while writing this 🤭🤭
Thank you so much! I don’t know whether sweater weather will make a comeback at this point - but if it does, my newsletter is the safest way to be notified about it!
Happy Holidays Jule, when I opened your newsletter this morning, I happened to be knitting on my striped sweater made from your Shetland/ Romney yarn. The perfect project to work on while listening to the podcast. Hoping to have it finished by the end of the month. Thanks for sharing your Christmas traditions and look forward to seeing what’s new at Woollentwine in 2024. Also, the Aran sweater and yarn are beautiful!
