I'm gonna order one of these stands. I just ordered my Mydentity kit yesterday and I play double bass so this stand seems like it will be perfect for what I want out of my kit. I love the adjustability and the two legs instead of three. And it's relatively cheap. :)
Quality control must have had a bad day when you got yours.. I was looking for a new stand with 2 legs or even better with removable legs because I play a double bass kit with full rack and I also wanted one with great height adjustment options I found this one and bought it. That's been 3 years ago now and I have yet to have any problems, I love mine.

tama two leg is better,but heavier ..
this stand is shit ,,sent mine back,,base plate wouldn't work after first play,,,,for the money rubbish
