- YES!...... This is ALX own engine..... being tested here in the UK bu my mate John!... its sitting in his well sorted HPI Baja... a car that has been setup and perfected over the years to handle this kind of crazy engine. Its early days with this setup.... changes will be forthcoming from ALX i have no doubt to sort a few small issues re the mounting and setup of this MAD engine!

Absolutely beautiful. Taylor engines have single handedly spawned a revolution in 2-strokes. The passion, the pure pursuit of perfection comes through with a crispy crackly high screaming wail. Kudos gentleman.

Unbelievable, now that is a new high note for rc im impressed those tires held together good thing Max and Detroit stepped up and developed some wheels and tires for you guys to keep putting that power down.

I'm kind of curious. I see what and know what you're saying. But every gas car that I have seen, is just horrible it revs way too high for the speed that it's currently doing, and the Rev noise is just unbearable to me. But I would like to see aside from what I just got done seeing on this video is someone make an 8RC car that's gas powered and completely quiet.
