- In today’s Disney dining review, we have dinner the newly opened Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood located in the all new Gran Destino tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This new restaurant is located on the top floor of this 16 floor tower. The views are amazing! But how was the food and service? You will have to watch and find out! We ordered a verity of tapas, seafood, and steak. Everything from octopus to hanger steak. All I can say is this place surprised us big time! #Toledo #CoronadoSpringsResort #GranDestinoTower

Another interesting food review. I take note of what you say as my husband & son love meat ( steak etc) but I myself am a vegetarian. I always try to see if there are vegetarian options on the menus when you show them. On our last visit we treated ourselves to a lovely evening at California Grill watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks too. Once our server knew I was vegetarian he brought me a separate vegetarian menu which was great & the food was fantastic for us all. Xx

Awesome vlog. The B roll & your music choices helped to create the atmosphere of the setting. There was SO MUCH FOOD! I would be stuffed with just the appetizers & have no room for dessert. NO THANKS to the octopus. I watched Nate’s review of Toledo. He had the octopus also. I think y’all were sitting in the same vicinity as his vlog. Have a HAPPY SUNDAY BIRTHDAY, Cory!

Another fabulous review by the best in the business... Being Portugues 🇵🇹 our food is pretty close to Spain 🇪🇸. Been eating grilled octopus for ever and that one looked amazing. Those are real Batatas(potato’s) Bravas unlike the ones from Jaleo. Glad you got to have them and liked them.

Follow up: Just watched video again with my wife. After booking a room and dinner last night she wakes up today stating she didn't see anything on the menu? Really? So I thru on this video and her face drops and she says "ok I can't wait!" So thank you again for the video...

Now that place looked incredible!! Cory you and Stephanie do terrific food reviews but I do have one question; What does Spanish flavor taste like? Gotta give you kudos for trying an appetizer that had olives❣️. I probably would love it! That steak, Yum! Stephanie I’m like you, I usually order steak when I go out and it has to be medium rare. Those potatoes that came with the steak looked like they had a coarse salt on them. Did they have some olive oil on them too? My mouth is now watering for that entire meal and it is 4:00 in the morning lol 😂. Thanks for the excellent vlog! Enjoy your Sunday 💜💜
I really admire the fearlessness you two have when it comes to trying different foods. Even with your positive comments about the dish I would still cringe at the sight of the octopus. But if you can brave olive relish I guess I can at least try octopus when it crawls along 😖. Thank you for another great dining review. 👍🏼

The presentation on all those dishes looked amazing! The only thing I'd be resistant to trying is the octopus. The idea of eating that feels weird to me. Thanks for the review!

I find all the videos of Toledo, seems very loud in the dining room. Will have to visit when I am in WDW. Thank you for the review.
It's not as loud as it seems on camera. It is one big open room with a lot of hard surfaces. However I never felt it was loud. It didn't seem nearly as loud as California Grill. Thanks for watching!
Nice to know. I FORGET, Toledo is in WDW, which is a vibrant and lively place to visit. (My comment was from my quiet livingrm in NY...ha...ha!) You can tell a lot of planning went into this, especially for convention attendees.

All of this food looked so good! I’ve had Octopus several times and it’s always been too chewy except for in Jamaica. It was cooked perfectly in Jamaica.
I’m not a fan of Olives either but I’m always willing to try things new when I’m at Disney.
Churros, unfortunately I cannot eat those, allergic to cinnamon but I hear I’m missing out. Wait, are these churros cinnamon free? It seems weird to pair cheese with it.

The presentation of the food is for sure on point.
It does seem to be a very nice place and good quality food. Coronado Springs really needed a new restaurant. I stayed there in October of 2017 in a renovated room and coming back to the hotel after a park day it was hard finding food we liked. It was weird. We were in building B and there were only maybe 4 other families in that building because they were still renovating the rooms. The room next to us was still being renovated so the resort almost felt empty in our section.
