I’ve been to Florida twice now, first time I stayed in Kissimmee second time Davenport, I personally preferred Kissimmee.
Next year I’m planning to go again, but it’s the first year where I’m the designated organiser any recommendations for Villa rental company’s? & any suggestions for location open to try new locations as long as it isn’t to much of a commute to the parks.

I would book a specific villa on hotels.com or booking.com. If you go via a travel agent you will be allocated what is available when you land. The photos you will have seen will be generic.
Great video and lovely villa…can you help us with any best website recommendations for renting villas, and also area suggestions? We are looking to book next Summer and there are just so many sites it’s hugely overwhelming for our first family trip! Thanks Gary
I would do your best to rent a villa with whoever you’re buying the flights from so if you’re using Virgin or tui get them to sort the Villa out for you, it won’t be any more expensive and it makes the whole thing a lot simpler probably worth using Rentalcars.com to book your own hire car what other than that try and put as much in one place. Just make sure your villa is within the 15 minute drive of the key parks. If you’re too far away the traffic is a nightmare and you’re just spend your time on the i4 road .
This villa is perfection, rarely see such a perfect pool area. We are looking to book our 4th trip (my 10th!) to an Orlando villa but have only ever booked direct with owners. Please could you advise if this was booked with a travel company such as Virgin/TUI & if so which company?
I booked this direct with tui. Avoid sort of bronze villas which could be hours away . Choose a Villa from tui on a named estate where you check out the area on street view. Double check which airport you are going to !
