I think Tubbo is the only person ive seen actually ask Cucurucho why he couldnt do it himself. Cucurucho already knows what the illegal machine is and where it is, but he doesn't do it himself unless it's extremely illegal and done by a resident. But he wont when i comes to an egg. Now obviously the out of lore explanation is probably to make the roleplay more dramatic and interesting. But in roleplay thats a good question to ask, why cant Cucurucho do it himself?
I don't know why but something about an EGG (aka a child) having illegal machines is hilarious to me

He certainly has the power and the bandwidth to but he prefers residents to do his bidding.
Almost sure it was a test on him, he looks like the rebel type, but then Cucurucho is testing if soon Tubbo might be useful for the Federation.
