the site has since changed so if you're looking for cpanel it's gone and replaced with SG Tools. what you need to do instead is search for "encrypt" in the search link on the left and you will get the encrypt options. you might want to also use the https option then enforce in the right click menu. hope that makes sense.

Nayyar, I am using Infinityfree host, and at Cpanel don´t have Let´s Encrypt, only IP BLOCKER & SSL/TLS fields. My wp is showing this page exactly as you show, do you have a tip of how can I solve this issue? I install Cloudflare and rename the servers. Thanks :)

Yes you can buy from TMD that is great as well, I have just noticed according to my latest testings that SiteGround is better in terms of speed and performance than TMD, but the difference is not huge so you can choose any of those two...
