Don't worry! Cloudflare will auto renew your every 3 months.

Just replace your domain nameserver with Cloudflare nameserver. It will take up to 10 minutes to 24 hours to connect and verify your domain with cloudflare. Be patient!

What can i do if my cpanel doesn't allow for other ssl to be active on my website
Every type of Cpanel/Plesk is allowed to install custom SSL certificates. Still If you don't find any options, You can install an SSL certificate using SSH access.

after installation can i change my name servers to original name servers ?
No, you can't change the nameserver. If you change the nameserver, your website cloudflare protection and ssl won't work.

It is showing this page is not working ,when I am showing own website.
You should check your website's DNS record. If you can't find any DNS error, Reinstall SSL from cloudflare. I hope it will be fixed. Let me know.

Yes. Don't worry. Cloudflare will auto renew this ssl Certificate after every 3 months. Also, if you have multiple certificates in cloudflare, cloudflare will renew a valid one.
