Did you know that when they need to chop wood, what do you think they use? A axe. They are not stupid!
And? Have you ever seen them display the strength of their knives? They don't do it clearing brush. They are the makers of my dbad knife designs. They sent me this just so I can test it by chopping things like wood, to show how strong their blades are.
I actually got a Kukri from Nepal recently, actually one of the ones made to be carried in Afghanistan
Yeah, they were made for issue for some UK units
Donnie B All Day I think they still are
You can actually see it in one of my videos
I'll take a peek.
I opted for the tan colored one because it actually reminded me of a lion
Donnie B All Day I might put that sucker head to head with one of the Bowie Knives I own
is kukri house still shipping blades with the virus going on?
cuz I is trying to get one for my birthday
First off, happy birthday. Second, yes I do believe they are.
@@DonnieBAllDay thank you
my dad was saying there not going to be shipping from across the world
@@creepywhiteguy3621 The mail must go through
I had to watch this in the big screen .
So sweet !!!
Beautiful addition ❤️❤️❤️🔪🔪🔪🔪
So stoked that they sent it
As am I .
That really is a beautiful blade .
I don’t have the original type style ( I believe the one they sent you is pretty much like the original kukri ).
The one I have is more modern ????
( you’ve seen it ).
I did see a couple for sale at The Khukuri House , that I put on my wish list .
I think it says “ carried my real Gurkhas “.
The one you just got looks just like them .
“ looks “ ...
I’m sure they’re different though .
I love it !!!!
@@tubes5150 the only difference between the original styles and the one I have is the tang. I love that they sent me a Dotted(full tang). The hidden and rat's still work flawlessly, but those full tangs make it feel like a tank
I know exactly what you mean .
I put more trust in the Full Tanger’s .
I just name dropped you in my newest video(not even a knife). I do that in a lot of my videos just to see if you're paying attention. Haha
Love it!
Me too! Haha
How cool is it when you get that package from KH I even love that cloth paper they come wrapped in 👍🏻🇦🇺🔪
I love it every time
Hold the handle and the tip and use as a draw knife.
Doesn't matter with a wooden scabbard
I don't know if you can say it about a knifes that sure is Purdy
Well, I say it all the time, so if you're wrong.... I'm screwed!
👍🏻🇺🇸
"A Kukri is not a throwing knife so should never be thrown. Don't throw" lol.
Haha! Who told you that? If it can be thrown and you're starving with a rabbit in your sights, you throw!
@@DonnieBAllDay If you're not Nepali, don't bark much on khukuri topic.
@@adolfalexanderjung3316 I guess I'm just a better survivor
@@adolfalexanderjung3316 How many khukuri did you forge today? How many of your designs are selling in Kathmandu?
@@DonnieBAllDay I agree, I have ordered the knife in your review and it will be thrown. The OP quote is from Khukuri House on care of their knives.
Make more kukri vids
I will have more coming
