    I received the product today but I am a little confused because the small drop of water is leaking from bottom, Is there some kind of leakage or the product is designed in this way
    Should I exchange

    idk i ordered this today and i have braces so i tried doing it and it was hurting my gums the pressure on the soft option was so high even mg lips bled , kindly tell how to use it with braces

    I got one from Amazon. As per the instructions I charged it for 12hrs before starting the device. Unfortunately the Power on/off not working. During charging also there's no indicator light. After overnight charging, still I'm unable to switch on this. Is it a faulty product?

    When i using this flosser soft mode bleeding startrd from my gums water flow is high according to my gums what i do please help
