đ About Hercules Candy
Hercules Candy has been on Steveâs side of the family since 1910(ish). When he took over in the 70âs, he anticipated after 10 years of hard work, he could move the business out of the basement and into a real storefront. Unfortunately, it took until 2018 for that to happen, but hey at least it happened! Steve and Terry own the shop, Craig (the social media manager) is their son, Cara (wrapper and shipper extraordinaire who is poised to take over the shop one day) is their daughter and Leah (who doesnât love being on camera and is very elusive) is their oldest daughter. Karen has been working for Hercules Candy since the twins (Craig and Cara) were about 6 months old and everybody else is a new recruit. Donât forget to subscribe and hit the đ for more videos!

This would be an awesome April fool's thing, have some good chocolate choices and throw in a few really weird combinations , I feel like people would totally buy them to prank their loved ones! I would anyway!đ€đđđđ€
Or am I just an evil wife&mom, cause I think it would be so funny to do chocolate roulette with my husband and kids!đđ
You could even name it
"Chocolate Roulette"
Chocolate roulette đ
1:48 Steve is straight up rocking that moustache hooooly... what a legend
I think for the PBJ cups, you could possibly use fruit leathers to avoid the moisture content of the jam. They have a similar sweetness profile, so it might work.
I love the mustache Steve, it looks really good on you.
Reminds me of Seinfeld when Jerry says to Newman, "you wouldn't eat broccoli if it was deep fried in chocolate sauce."
đ€Ł
You guys have way too much fun at work!!! I agree, these would make great April Fool's pranks.
Good idea!
How about a crushed strawberry hard candy and peanut butter filled cup? That would solve the water content problem.
That could work
or some strawberry fondant đ€
This was awesome! You guys should have a gag gift option with random stuff covered in chocolate! đđ
Mystery cups! đ€Ł
@@HerculesCandy PERFECT! đđ€Ł
You two are hilarious and very brave. I LOVE watching your videos!
Thanks!
Lay the jelly out in a cookie pan lined with parchment paper and put it in a oven to dry/ dehydrated it then you can place a cut out in the cup. The flavor may improve and it will be less moist
You could sell these in a mix of tasty chocolates for Halloween and call it a Trick or Treat bundle
The guys on Good mythical morning, Rhett and Link have stated many times when they do eating gross stuff challenges that "chocolate hides a world of hurt" lol. They almost always are able to eat things, even bugs if chocolate is involved.
This just goes to show its true! Steve kept saying the chocolate covered the taste!
Maybe I should start covering vegetables in chocolate so I can get my daily value lmao
You'd definitely get your vegetables in đ
Steve is having so much âfunââŠâŠlolâŠâŠ.đđđ
Pro tip: Use parchment paper to smush the hummus down â€â€
Hugs. Love you all so much. This was such a fun video.
Thank you!!
Amazon fresh actually sells chocolate hummus. It is delicious! đ
Oh I've had dessert homes before, it's actually very good!
You can actually buy chocolate coverd dried chickpeas in a lot of grocery stores in Australia. Its not too bad actually. Quite a nice crunchy sweet but savoury snack
Interesting
I think you should sell empty cups for the customer to fill. Like a kit! That would be so fun
loving the stache steve!!!
Great video! You should make this a series!
Hilarious! It was such fun watching and laughing!
Lookin good in the stache steve đ
Iâve been waiting for this episode with such anticipationđ
Hope we delivered! Haha
I bet banana and peanut butter covered in chocolate would be good đ
Yeah that's why they didn't chocolate cover that đ
@@HerculesCandy Ever tried fried banana, (dark) maple syrup and (salted)peanut butter on porridge or muesli? I dare you to try.
Glad you are having fun.....not what I can stomach.....but good luck to you.....
haha Thats why I like being behind the camera for videos like these!
My son loves ketchup- heâs even dipped chocolate chip cookies in it and eaten a bowl of ketchup with a spoon. But he said he wouldnât even be willing to try the chocolate ketchup cups. Good luck Steve!
đ€Ł
Terry in the thumbnail đ brilliant video guys đŹđŹđ«đ«đđ
I've had chocolate covered cream cheese before and it's really good....but not the veggie one đ€Ł
and def not the vegan one đ
So funny! Your videos are fun but this tops it all.
haha Thank you glad you enjoyed!!
Love the moustache, Steve!
Did Steve always have a mustache? Looks good.
No, jist grew it recently for a video, did have one in his younger years though, check early videos.
Hmmm this gave me a bunch of ideas for next yearâs Halloween
Coffee, Cheddar Cheese, great match and strange at the same time.
Worst in Chocolate - mashed potato, garlic or anchovy ~ Best in Chocolate - marzipan, Nutella or pistachios
You need one of the tiny ice cream scoops that pampered chef makes it measures out 1 teaspoon and there's 1 that measures out 1 table spoon. Too!
Sweet pickle relish cups, chocolate covered onion slices, chocolate covered turnups.
So funny how you play with chocolate and unusual foods!
I loved this ... it was good
the humus isn't bad. they actually make chocolate flavored humus
But usually not with caramelized onion as well lol
Your the cutest couple... đ
Try strawberry (etc.) Fruit leather and/or organic fruit snacks instead of jelly. Spared the water content.
Candied chillies in choclate would do nice i guess.
A local chocolate shop here in Indiana makes chili infused chocolate truffles. It's an interesting taste combo
@@winkieandleah Found a local chocolatier here that makes white chocolate-raspberry-chilli drops. Starts out as a smooth creamy fruity raspberry-white-chocolate taste and moves on to a bit of armageddon in your mouth. I love them ;)
Fun combinations- I like most of the items individually, but not so sure about chocolate covered LOL
Lol same
I think when they taste it you shouldn't say things like oh no or that the taste of the item will come out more. Give them the element of surprise ;)
I want to see smoked oysters or sardines in the next challenge lol
Ooofh
Such a âsweet couple â lol đ
there is a place in Arkansas that has battered and deep fried dill pickles.
They are actually pretty good.
@@1corinthians-138 my sister would get some and eat them with ice cream when she was pregnant.
theese would be brill for Halloween party trick or treat lol
No,!!!! Horseradish! I made it as a truffle 3 years ago looking for a new flavor for truffles and my children will never let me forget it! It was bad.
I can only imagine đ
You should do a pickle, ginger, soy sauce, jalapeños,
Steve youâre growing your mustache.
Hilarious. Steve will FAIL his blood test.
Steve shouldâve eaten all of his since Terry ate all of hers!! I guess he could be Quick Bite Steve now so maybe I missed it.
Hummus, Mediterranean bean dip at its best!!
This was your heartburn episode aka R&D.
You need to make some of these candies to sell for April Fools Day, I think they could be big sellers.
The mustache is throwing you off Steve.
Filling idea : butter creamâŠ(u make) đ°
You should try salsa in the next one
you guys are so much fun...this would be great to try with Jelly Belly Beanboozled.
What a fun thing to do
Try chocolate covered beef jerky!
That was in our 1st episode of these videos! Lol
They should have used brownie batter hummus or pineapple cream cheese
chocolate covered chickpeas sound delicious actually
what if you cover the jam in peanut butter hehe
Montana what am I watching đđđđ good vid
No onions in hummus. Garlic, tahini paste, lemon juice, chickpeas, olive oil. Not for chocolate. This is like the game with the nauseating jelly beans.
Ketchup in a chocolate cup is wrong on soooo many levels.
I very much agree hahah
If anyone "tricked" me with raw beet or ketchup, the treat would be them getting to clean up the mess after I vomit...and punch them.
Hey those could be great for April fools day
Where did Terri get her apron? I need that!
From here facebook.com/search/top?q=swirled%20expressions
You guys are funny.. Hey is Steve on a diet? He looks alot slimmer.
Ketchup is the new cherry flavor đ
CHOCOLATE AND SARDINES. YUM YUM YUM. BAHAHA
Oh no đ
@@HerculesCandy lololollololol
Steve is growing a mustache? đșđđđ
I have a idea for a CHALLENGE get this CHOCOLATE COVERED PAQUI ONE CHIP CHALLENGE !!!!!!!! WOWWWWWW
How about:
Spaghetti-Os
Horseradish (oops, you already thought of it)
Deviled Ham
Velveeta Cream (that sounds like a drag name)
Chinese Tofu Cheese
Century Egg
Potato Salad
Spam
Uni (Sea Urchin Roe)
Triscuit doesnât sound that bad actually.
Also I work right across the street from Theo Chocolate in Seattle, and one of their most amazing chocolates is the caramelized
onion caramel.
I'm just imagining biting into a chocolate cup and spaghetti-O's just pour out đ€Ł
@@HerculesCandy The only legit use for Spaghetti-Os that I can think of!
@@sazji I think i've seen a pie with those over in New Zealand. Not tried it though...
@@peterpain6625 đł
Hummus and chocolate? Thatâs a tough one!
The texture alone... And i love hummus. Savory though ;)
Seriously roast the Chickpeas and you might actually have something with them inside clusters.
You guys should try baby foods! Too!
Diabolical! But i like the idea ;)
Haha!
My mom use to say my dad would eat anything enrobed in chocolate. Now, I know it is not true.
My brother thought he could prank me by putting Katsup in my TV dinner Brownie (This was in the 70's) and I am weird enough to like it. I also gave the manager at the fast food joint I Worked at in high school a heart attack because i LIKE pickles and ice cream *lol * I'm just weird like that
how about trying Chocolate garlic
Don't give them ideas hahah they probably will do it...
Sooooo.... when are the roasted garbanzo bean clusters hitting the assorted boxes lol
Hahaha, hummus and chocolate.... đ«đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
It does
It's 2022and you don't know what hummus is, shocking.
Chickpeas, also known as 'garbage beans'.....
Is it just me or does Steve look alot younger all the sudden?
I think its the summertime tan and the glorious hair!
It's the mustache đ
is steve diabletic?
No
GRAWT-es-skew!
đđđ
Oh my đČ
Chow mein noodle tarantulas
What did I wake up to đ
đ
Muito bom
I liked this video... there was no annoying voices.
Next time a ranch cup?
đ€ą
@@HerculesCandy exactly lol
đ€Łđđ€Łđđ€Łđđ€Ł!!!!
tomatoes are a fruit and ketchup is a fruit product (poor Pres. Bush I ) So I would think chocolate and ketchup would be the perfect combo.
