How to make Crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli know in Thai as kha na moo krob. It’s a basic Thai street food but tasty, easy and quick to cook. This delicious inexpensive Thai dish is found at most small restaurants. Great served with Jasmin Rice! 😋😋
Recipe is below👇
*Ingredients*
6 oz of chopped crispy pork belly
2 handful of Chinese broccoli
4 groves of fresh garlic
5-10 of fresh chilies (optional)
2 tsp of sugar
2 tsp of chicken powder broth
3 dashes of thin soy sauce
2 dashes of golden mountain soy sauce
2 tbsp of oysters sauce
