Join me as I take you on a walking tour of Carbon Public Market, the oldest and largest farmer's market in Cebu City. This place is a major tourist attraction and a paradise for bargain hunters. You can find everything from fresh fruits and vegetables, to meat and seafood, to clothes and accessories, and more. I got to the area pretty early, so some vendors are still setting up their tents. Most vendors start selling at 6pm until 4am, so you can shop until you drop. The place is very accessible, located in downtown of Cebu City. You can easily reach it by jeep or buses in that area. The prices here are far cheaper than those in the supermarkets or other places in Cebu City. You just need to be patient with the weather, since not everywhere has a shade for sunny days or covers for rainy days. Make sure to bring your own plastic or recyclable bag for convenience. I’ll definitely check this out when I go there, this looks kinda fun haha. Either I’ll have made a Philippino friend, or, I will have to rent one to get the best deals😅.
