We'll explore the vibrant atmosphere of the street, passing by popular shopping malls such as Gaisano Main, 138 Mall, Colonnade Mall, Iconique Mall, Gaisano Metro Colon, Happy Mart, and eventually reach the corner of Colon Street and Leon Kilat Street where tartanillas await. I won't be visiting any churches or the obelisk, but you can still learn about the rich history and culture of the street. I was 3 yrs old when I left so I vaguely remember this area. Was this the area where White Gold Shopping Mall used to be? my uncle used to take me there and it was the first time I rode the mechanical rides. It is a wonderful core memory because my uncle passed back in the late 80s. Cebu will always be special to me despite being halfway around the world.
It was interesting to learn that you have fond memories of White Gold Shopping Mall, which is actually located quite far from Colon Street, around 3.5 kilometers away in the North Reclamation Area. It takes about 20 minutes by cae to get there. White Gold Shopping Mall has been renovated and reopened 8 months ago, and is now called GMALL of Cebu. It may look different from what you remember, but perhaps it would still be worth a visit on your next trip to Cebu to relive some of those special memories you shared with your uncle. โบ๏ธ

I suggest donโt give money to those kinds of people often because they might spend it on something bad or waste it on something else and they wonโt be motivated to find a proper job to earn their own money, but God Bless You for being so kind to others โค
