I remember Chris on Caribbean life on hgtv. Always made the homes look spectacular
THANK YOU!!! I knew I knew him but did not know from where!
I have to say Chris, VERY well put together video. Excellent details, but not excessive. I can think of a few ways to spruce it up, but you did great with this presentation!
What a beautiful home with everything you need to relax.
What a wonderful presentation of a home!
Thanks for posting thos video. It's good to see the houses, inside and outside. The area the house is in, the views of the beaches and the nice scenery. I have subscribed to support and see the houses for sale.
Chris, your killing me… it’s 37 degrees in our beautiful home in Eagle, ID. I’m retired and my wife has very successful business. Unfortunately we’re just not ready yet. But I subscribed and I love your listening’s.
Too funny I have watch him for years on HGTV, always very professional, the last time I watched him, he was introducing his film crew, this was just before the two big hurricanes and Covid. I have sub'd.
Nice tour, thank you.
Adorable, absolutely adorable..
The 🦋 butterfly’s were spectacular!
I lived on St Thomas! Looking to make my move back to the islands!
Beautiful home!
Great location for sure.
Is this property still available? I would be very interested in getting the listing. Have been looking to buy in St John but prices there have gotten outrageous. This places looks absolutely perfect to me even down to the dog area. Its all masonry correct? Please reach out to me. Thanks!
Steph, the queen, as always.
St croix is a great island !
Adorable and beautiful
Have yet to see one your videos that actually mention any contact information. How would you expect people to reach out and inquire about a property?
Yes LORD thank you for your favour to us Glory Glory Glory We live by faith
Btw, i’m planning to move to PR for tax reasons, but I am looking to pick up a 2nd/3rd home
Asking price $995,000 USD? pricing seems outrageously priced for such a small house, small lot.
You're paying for location location location :/
Old school!@@lightningwolf118
Location: the Caribbean, got to take account in hurricanes and all of the other maintenance that comes with a Caribbean home.
Demand for housing: not only retirees/expats are searching for homes, locals need homes too.
Geography: though St. Croix is the largest island of the three that makes up the USVI, it is still relatively small compared to the islands of the greater Antilles. This leads to limited resources and usage of land.
Wow
It’s an Island, not a Jungle!
Beginning to look at where to retire from the states , like the home but not at a million dollars . Having said that and not being very familiar with the island my question is if there is a rainy season and is this or any are prone to mud slides ? That’s my concern with lot anyway
There is times when it rain a little more but not really bad. No mud slides at all. I live in Louisiana but that is where I am from. The east end of the island gets way less rain than the west side. The rain forest is on the west side.
@@danny6247 thanks Danny much appreciated
@@Bob-in4eh your welcome. Another thing is groceries, fuel, and everything else is much more expensive than here. For example you may buy a case of beer at the store here for 25-30 dollars. Back home it may be like 40 or 50 by now. Just an example of price difference.
@@danny6247 thanks Danny , kinda expect that . Went to college for a year univ of Hawaii , Hilo. 6 pack here then 3 bucks. Out there 5. Yea was late 70s
Yes this is the property that GOD plans for us and we claim it in Jesus name
How much did sbm pay you for property. Asking for a friend
How much?
$995. with closing costs?
The butterfly’s
pretends Stephanie is invisible to us for over 6 minutes
beautiful except for going outside to do the laundry
The home is beautiful mostly by the amazing water views it offers. The house does feel overpriced for what you get... flooring needs to be redone and bathrooms seems dated. I would guess this home has been on the market for a long time (things move slow in the caribbean.
I would recommend that the tour not have someone in the background kind of creeping about? Was not really a good look.
How deep is the pool ?
sold many months ago :( for current market listings, please visit www.BuyStCroix.com!
Why doesn't anyone pitch Guadeloupe
GOD day This is the day that Lord has made and we Rejoys

Wait for the crash. 360k to 450k. All cash
Exactly!
You should put the price in the details.
Thanks for watching! ~ this list price is in the title - $995K! Sadly, this property sold a long time ago :) For latest info. on St. Croix properties, visit www.BuytStCroix.com!
@@BuyStCroixit’s always nice to dream.
So this didn’t sell?
It did sell! But, keep watching for new ones!
And the price is ------.
1$ million for that ? Tell him he's dreaming
But the Serenity, oh the serenity!
1:44 turn the video off when you showed the outdoor laundry area! It’s Bad enough you have to hike to your front door, but then you have to go outside to do laundry?! Hell no!😨
A tiny house on a tiny lot on the side of a hill for a million dollars. Way overpriced.
Location, location, location. 😎
No. It's not.
Maybe if it were closer to the water for what it is and where it is is not worth $1 million maybe 600,000
@@Olorin_Istari to you. The sales around it tell a different story.
Someone is upset they cant afford it 🤣
How about $350k
wait for a collapse if you want to spend that much. I have a home there and you arent going to get much cheaper than that on an island.
@@danny6247 don't prices dip nicely right after a super hurricane?
@@gregh7457 back home the only homes you'll get like that are destroyed or need tons of work. I have built cinder block homes well and those that are damaged after a hurricane, are not well built and usually have cracked walls and that means they were not built strong enough and should be demolished instead. Some people still fix them but Its not a good deal.
You can tell they expect the servants to do the laundry.
LOL it hardly looks like a home with servants
I’ve been. Live on ST. Croix? No thanks.
That's what I'm talking about that's what I'm from Christian said St Croix
