The beeping has nothing to do with his speed, it’s directly related to his airspeed, but still not an indicator of the speed. it’s a warning telling him that his wing is beginning to not work as a wing. it’s signaling airflow separation from the wing, or a stall.

I often will land tail first. We solved the bouncing issues with the big tires and acme aero pro series dampened shocks. We can drop it in full stall from six feet off the ground.
@@flycory I figured airports just had exceptions because of standing flight lanes/controlled approaches. Makes sense though. I just thought Trent Palmer got an FAA violation for flying into a friend's back yard

That sound is not a Slow Speed Warning, it is the Stall Horn. You can stall at ANY speed. It all has to do with exceeding the Critical AOA.

Distance rule is waived when taking off or landing. Otherwise taking off and landing would be illegal at most airports.
