Just as a tip to anyone trying this, spray a liberal amount of perfume into the filter before putting it back into place, makes your yeti smell wonderful especially if you've just replaced a smelly filter.

Did this yesterday on my Yeti.
    It was simple to do.
    5 minutes max.

Good video, thanks. 10 mins including hoovering it out. I took the foam right out and was fine to put back in.

I can only assume you have a left hand drive Yeti. Because in my case to remove this filter cover I needed to slide it to the left to remove it NOT the right. Perhaps that point could be added to this video. Thanks for it though as I nearly broke my glove box door trying to find the filter. In my Toyota Alphard that’s where the cabin filter is. 🥴

Watch out everyone your supposed to pull the foam from the back and leave hanging in place as you'll never get it back around the ventilation holes thanks allot... You'll notice the video jumps and it's all back in... Massive thumbs down. 5 minute job takes half HR... Cheers

Honestly I don't remember anything difficult when placing the foam back in its place.
Video jumps because my camera in low light conditions drops the frame rate and footage from putting it back together was unusable.
But thank you for your input.

Try mounting the foam around the ventilation holes first, with the foam hanging down angled towards the floor. Worked like a charm for me! 🙂
Thanks for a useful video! 👍

I just did it…completely removed the foam, and it went back in fairly easily. I noticed the vent holes have some give in them…they can be pushed slightly away from the edge where the foam goes in. Took total of 10 minutes. The video was helpful thank you.
