    makes a lot of sense to me. one of my family members has been very strict about eating healthy food, no alcohol, no drugs, no cigarettes, lots of exercise yet he has high cholestrol. One thing he does have is a whole lot of stress.

    The stress from government control of our lives makes our society intentionally stress filled.

    kind of a rare report - and yet - for me personally - i am just starting to make the connection between stress and high cholesterol - so yeah - to do the things the doc mentioned and more -

    Very interesting.. PTSD and triglycerides, LDL.
    In itself cholesterol is very important for the body.
    Too bad that also here saturated fats are blamed, while it is vegetable oils (chemically treated oil from canola, cotton, sunflower, rapeseeds) and sugar and refined carbs....

    I think my month taking of CVS vit E fish oil raised my Cholesterol 1 st time in my life ever and I am 38 yo...

    No wonder I have the urge to drink Coke / Pepsi (or any carbonated drinks high in sugar) whenever i feel high level of stress.

    Thanks for this information. my grandfather is also suffering from high cholesterol but after getting the treatment from planet Ayurveda he ‘ll be fine too much …

    this doctor is totally off the mark.. sugar makes the fat , not the saturated fat.. cholesterol will go up regardless of diet simply because there is a problems that requires the use of cholesterol

      he ran over the part about sugar level goes up and get stored up so stop blaming coconut oil.. lets demonize the demon -,CORN syrup in everything
