When the voltage in SMPS fluctuates after repair, the capacitors in the output of SMPS may be weak or there may be a problem in the switching PWM IC in SMPS or the discharge resistance on the capacitor may be damaged. Voltage may fluctuate even when there is no load on the SMPS.
And test the standbay dual supply in SMPS thoroughly, one supply may have 5 volts and the other supply may have around 15 to 24 volts.
