Currency Exchange Rates in Philippines | Exchange Office in Manila Cebu Puerto Princesa Boracay

When we arrive to a new country we mostly exchange USD a little bit in the airport and keep the rest for the city center to be able to get a better exchange rate. But in the Philippines that was not the case; we actually found the best USD rate just in Manila airport. And it was the same for all the cities we visited; Manila, Boracay, Panglao, Cebu, Puerto Princesa, El Nido.
Only the Core Pacific Exchange office gives the exact USD rate as the Manila Ninoy Airport but finding one would be a little tricky. We’ve found it on our 6th day in the Philippines. In that sense it would be the best to exchange USD at one of the airports you landed, if possible the Manila Airport.
We also used our Wise card to withdraw money in Philippines and paid 270 PHP (almost 5 USD) as an ATM fee.
