Yeah I was on a keto diet for about a year and a half, and after that I just kind of changed my eating habits. On the clean shaving.. I shaved a couple of weeks ago, and my son really liked it.. so what do I do.lol. Yeah and I hope they had a bigger lifeboat on board. 😲

Awesome, I just did a big change in diet. Amazing how much better u feel. Especially the older u get, u look good. Awesome
