I stayed in a capsule hotel inside Manila Airport for P1000đ”đ

- I arrived at midnight in Manila airport and needed somewhere to stay. for 1000 pesos I got a capsule hotel in terminal 3 and didn't need to even leave the airport, and I slept well too
Here is a video explaining how to book a capsule online, or any of their other accommodation
czcams.com/video/YC7xXT31LWE/video.html
You got overcharged a decent hotel here like a sogo or others will run you like 800 pesos for the night
Sogo is a shithole designed for short time flings, including in house porno movies
@@asianight9188 idk they have free international calls. Am actually thinking of going there to get things sorted with the irs and USCIS as I need to sort some things out. There is no rule that says you need to do evil or illegal things in a sogo you could just go for 800 pesos spend the night and enjoy a nice hot shower and relax a bit. I have been here 3 years and honestly I have never gone to a sogo for a hook up probably cause I am married and a reformed baptist and want to honour God above all else but, regardless I respectfully disagree with you.
Thanks for watching
Do you know about Dayroom in Terminal Three?
Thank you for choosing Philippines in your journey...â€â€â€â€â€(from the bottom of my heart...
Wow, I didn't know that there's a capsule now in Manila. Nice to know. Thanks for sharing
I did not know that we have capsule hotel here in our airport. Thanks you for sharing.
Thanks for watching đđŒ
Where is your airport?
@@rosalinapears2870manila
Thats new to me. That is a good idea. đ
Thanks for this video I will use the wings next transit to Bacolod City.
I stayed in a capsule at Haneda a few years ago and I could not get a wink because folks were constantly walking up and down the hallway. Good to know that capsules are available at MNL and it appears that the place is relatively quiet.
I slept pretty well
Good to know this exists.. thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching đđŒ
Awesome thanks for your video!
So helpful! Thanks for sharing
Thanks, glad to be of help
Informative vlog thanks
Hope it's useful to youđ
Oh, goody! They are still in operation. I stayed here once, a couple of years back. Everything still looks the same. Thanks for sharing this video.
Yes still openđđŒ
Ok na ok ito ah.
Looking forward to this video.
Something a bit different
Wow thank u for sharing this vedio
I love the strict policy " keep silence " sign. â€â€
thanks for sharing. an affordable alternative. hope it doesnât get ruined by âcriminally mindedâ individuals thinking of victimising innocent travelers đđ
Thanks for the tour and info.
Hope it was useful
Thatâs good news for passengers who have a long wait at the airport before departure . Also a good idea , to stay within the airport and the price sounds good . đ
I slept quite okđ
@@asianight9188 good , you need it .
lol watch the prices go up when they see alot of foreigners going here
Great to know about! Thanks
Wow looks really nice. Good price too.
It's better than sleeping outside for sure
Nice tip, next time if any overnite transit will be good idea to stay here.
Yes, it's easy and well priced
Thank you for sharing Dude!
Good place ive been here many times
Iâve stayed at Wings many times over the years. Itâs best to book ahead. Also, the showers are semi private. I had to shave with the door open because itâs basically just the CR with a couple of showers. Otherwise, it fits the bill just fine. Iâve posted two videos on my CZcams channel about this place. Good video đđ»
Price has not increased for years
I have yet to go there
It's good enough for the total El Cheapo traveller.
A thousand pesos is less than 20 bucks. So I guess, you get what you pay for .
Which Terminal is Wings? 1,2,or 3?

Love it â€ïž
They should have accommodation like that in every city. Not just at airports.
Not everybody needs to stay in a 5-star hotel when they are only going to sleep there for a night before moving on.
YesđđŒ
In the big cities they have, sadly its often not much of a price difference between the other rooms. Only dorms are cheaper but a capsule is the perfect compromise between privacy and "just needing a place to sleep"
Thanks for sharing
I and my kids just sleeping at the chair that was horrible,I didn't know about this
Am actually there now, staying in a twin room. Look out for the video in a few days, flying to Thailand tonight
That's good value for money I reckon đđ
Me too, thanksđđŒđđŒ
wow spotter here from cebu philippines
Been a long time since I have been to Cebu.
Thanks for sharing.

@@asianight9188 I stayed at the Alpha suites in Makati
It was gorgeous
My girlfriends niece is an employee there, fantastic place.
Nice hack. Thanks for sharing!
đđŒ
For less than $20 I'd say that's a pretty good deal. Beats booking a hotel outside and not having to leave the airport for a layover
Yeah
Looks nice
I like Wingsđ
@@asianight9188 Donât blame ya.
I have never been to a capsule hotel but that looks claustrophobic to me.
Good to know. That is not a city you want to take a casual stroll around :(
NICE MATE.
đđđ
Thanks for your sharing, booked already, but Where can I leave my luggages thr?
They have a place to keep luggage, just ask them
Asking if you havenât yet a reservation about the capsule ? Can a passenger go directly can check in immediately?
They accept walk in but they are sometimes full
â€â€â€â€
Thanks for watching đđŒ
I miss Manila so much
I have yet to go there
That's handy to know.
đđŒđđŒ
What can you say about the airport?
A little disappointing capsule layout compared to what modern prebuilt modules are available.
Stayed at Wings Transit Lounge for also P1000 way back in 2019. It was very reasonable and I didn't have to leave the airport and fight traffic
It's a good dealđđŒ
Always full
No it's not.....
Nice capsule bed lad
Snug as a bug mate

đđŒđđŒ
This capsule is ok for backpackers and short time waiting for nxt flight. What will you do if you have a lot of luggage?
If you travel with luggage you will pay a lot, of money ....be wise, don't bring bags
You could ask the front desk to keep an eye on it.
So you don't recommend if you fly in from the UK with a suitcase ?
You can, but I wouldnt
I didnât know they have capsule hotel in Manila.đź
Neither did I. Course, I have never been to Manila.
They have in T1 & T2 as well? Thanks
No they dont
Not a real capsule as such but suffices. I stayed there once but in the reclining chair room. It was ok while waiting for my flight đ
Thanks for watching đđŒ
Is there a place to secure a large suitcase?
They have a place for luggage
Stayed there a few times very handy
I like it there
For me hotel there in The Philippines are more clean and comfortable than some hotels here in America thatâs my opinion
Having once stayed in a Travelodge on Vegas strip I have to agree
We stayed in Hilton near at Ohare airport i was shocked Hilton in Manila are more too elegant and too big
i have transit in t3 for 10 hours , do i have to cross imigration to stay in this capsule hotel?
Yes
questions, if I arrived at terminal 1, how can i get to terminal 3, do I have to pass custom and border control? this lounge seems to be on landside? really dont want to deal with visa and borders to enter the country, any airside lounge to recommend for terminal 1? many thanks
Nothing airside
Iâve heard about Dayroom at Terminal 1. Iâm still researching their website.
So is the Wings out of the "secure" area of the airport? Is it safe since the capsule has no real door? Thanks.
They also have rooms with lockable doors czcams.com/video/ZiEeL8CSBVA/video.htmlsi=HLf7yvQ7QQzbwAIi
Yea thanks, i saw those. But don't you need 2 people for the twin rooms?
@tedsterb the room is 1800, you can stay alone
Awesome, didn't know. Thanks.
This is nice. This is the first time i have known that there is a capsule hotel within T3.
Thanks for watching đđŒ
Wherevis that in Mla Airport, terminal what
T3
Are you from Ireland đźđȘ sir.
North of England
No kids allowed? Is there any other family oriented sleeping lounges or hotels in the terminal?
No
@asianight9188 thanks for the reply. Looks like I need to look for a hotel proper for a long lay over âđ»
â@@lifeneedsmorechillhi, was just wondering whether u found a hotel for your long layover? My dates are fully booked for the Wings apparently and im bummed out since ill be having an infant with me and really dont wanna go through the hassle of immigration clearance and all just to stay at a hotel for 6 hrs only
I'm not a big fan of their curtain. I feel unsafe if it's not a door.
Were you able to use your AMEX Platinum card perks in the airport?
AMEX, does anyone even use AMEX anymore
You can use your platinum card to enter the Priority Pass lounge on the air side of the terminal. Itâs not great but will give you some shelter from terminal 1 đŁ

Why the hell would you do that, there's a nice cheap hotel 200 meters from the airport.

@@mikedoyle7300 plenty of expensive places close by, but no cheap ones, and going out of the airport, no thanks, it could take an hour getting back in. I woke up a minutes walk from my check in desk

@@mikedoyle7300 if you like taxis and queues to spend 5 hours in a big expensive room then go for it, who cares if it takes an hour queueing to get back in the airportđđđ
Been there years ago..not so good experience. Dirty bathroom and noisy. đđCan't sleep. Better get an Airbnb in front of T3. comfortable and neat.
It will cost three times the price
Lots of cheap hostels just outside T3.
@@asianight9188 no prob.
There are dozens of budget price hotels in Metro Mania but you chose this bit of crxp for P1000 Why? Taxi ride to central Manila os less than P200, Nice Hotel P600 a day. A proper bed in a proper room, You have been scammed.
Well I arrived at half past midnight and needed to be at my check in desk the next morning at 7am. Not really enough time to mess around with taxis and checking in and out and queueing up to get back in the airport
Just by looking at this, it seems that Manila (Phillipines) can't compete at all with Japan in terms of Capsule amenities and overall cleanliness of the capsule room/lounges. This is like a 3/10 when compared to Japans Capsule lounges.
It is what it is, does the job
@Eating Alone how can you even judge that by watching snippets of less than 2 minute video shots?
Iâve experienced staying in a capsule hotel in Osaka too, and I remember there was a small floor area inside the capsule where customers can place their stuff on, of course, the capsule hotel rates between the two cities are beyond comparable.
Thatâs for damn sure..Japan itâs one of the cleanest country in the world. The Philippines itâs opposite of that. đđ€ź
Bruh 1k for a capsule thats a ripoof hahha
It's spelt rip off
To me $20 is okay đđ»
