Stephon Marbury is a former NBA and CBA player, former head coach of the CBA Beijing Royal Fighters, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.
He has built his basketball legacy in China by winning three championships for the city of Beijing.
He was the first foreign basketball player in history to be granted permanent residency in China, and is an honorary citizen of Beijing.
He came to Hong Kong to promote basketball and to help the local youth community. His Starbury Foundation is involved in charitable activities, emphasizing education and helping less fortunate youths.

I also moved to China in 2009 and never looked back. Steph is lucky to be a celeb so it's easier for him to become a Chinese citizen, we normal people have to work a bit harder.
