Your task is simple, exterminate all vermin. Your time is running out.
The vermin have set locations where they can spawn, but the spawns themselves are random.
Completing the game in under 4 minutes and 30 seconds will unlock "The Story of a Lifetime" achievement.
At 4:02 I got into the secret room to skip the timer. This unlocks "Unborn" achievement.
