TAGLINE: Cigar Smoking Hellcat of the Roaring Thirties
In the 1930s, amoral blonde tommy-gun girl Bonnie Parker cut a swath of bodies across the South-West. Starting out on gas stations and bars with side-kick Guy Darrow she graduated to bank hold-ups with Darrow's brother and, after bloodily springing him, her jailed husband. But there was never any doubt who was in charge.

I will give actress Dorothy Provine MAJOR CREDIT. She REALLY delivered on her portrayal of Bonnie. I think even far better than future actress portrayals. The film also shows how bored she was of her dull waitress job which is only mentioned in future films. She should have been nominated some kind of actress award for this one.

A very well done film all around.Excellent direction. Awesome actors. Great locations. Superb cinematography. Kept me watching with great interest. Thank you very much for posting this excellent film. The only problem had to do with a bit of music which sounded like it came from the 1950s, which seemed odd for a film set in 1933. I had this same issue with a more recent film which was set in Paris in the late 19th Century but the music was contemporary. The disconnect for was such that I could only. watch that film for about five minutes. Le Moulin Rouge was the setting. First Knight also has this problem. I don't get that. Why does a film maker not use the music of the time in which the film is set. I would love to see a Roman history film for example with recreations of what their music would have sounded like. Just like when I go to a Chinese restaurant to eat, I want to hear Chinese music not top 40 stuff which includes hip hop and crap, er, sorry, rap. I guess I'm just strange that way. Most folks are not bothered by that disconnect it seems. However, don't. let this tiny music bit stop you from watching this film. It is very entertaining and it shows that ultimately Karma is a bitch.

This is the Connie Barker Story. She looks and acts nothing like Bonnie Parker, he looks like Lester Gillis, and absolutely nothing about this story is historically accurate.

Armored car heist: SORRY, but Gasoline does not operate (Burn) like that. Those fumes from the gas on those shirts would have lingered near the ground and blown sky high when she lit the first match. Sure in need of a commonsense technical adviser on that one.

Total B.S.!! And WTF is Guy Darrow? Dorothy Provine is a pretty fair actress but she's too statuesque to play tiny, little Bonnie Parker.

What a cheap and incorrect version of Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow. Bonnie was passionately in love with Clyde, and he in love with her. The same goes for Blanche and Buck, Clyde’s brother, they were deeply in love as well.
This crappy cheap movie makes Bonnie look like a hardened control freak, and Clyde like a wussy wrapped around her finger. In the first place, Bonnie was not blonde, nor was she curvy or attractive. And Clyde was very thin.
I’m not trying to be mean, but this is the very worst portrayal of Bonnie and Clyde that I have ever seen. Hands down.
