This is one hell of a WINNER of a Movie, and I totally Loved every minute of it. ❤️❤️
Yes, it was a very good movie. One of the best I've seen in a long time.
Jack Elam love to play heavy, he is one of my favorite actors. Along are a young Lee Van Cleef, Neville Brand and Preston Foster. Who could ask for anything more? This movie is fantastic! Thanx CCC!
I used to deliver newspapers to Mr.Van Cleefs sister when I was a kid
Young Lee Van Cleef, Jack Elam, and Neville Brand. You can't get much better than that!
all my ever favortes...-:)-:)
Amen... 👍
A really enjoyable film with romance, tension and a great crescendo with plot twists. Thank you very much for uploading this, Cult Cinema clasiscs.
Plus, lots of cigarettes!
Wow! A movie that's carried out well on the foundation of a brilliant story instead of cgi comic book bullshit that never ends.
How refreshing!
Thank you!
Hahahaha
this is precisely why I'm more partial to vintage cinema❤
I love this movie every time I watch it. Thank you, CCC!😊
Thanks for the UL, John Payne always gave a good performance in decent movies. And not forgetting Preston Foster and a great assortment of villains, Jack Elam, Neville Brand and Lee Van Cleef.
Payne didn't reach the highs of Brando or Tracy. However, I think he was above average simply because of his versatility. 99 River Street, Miracle on 34th Street, and The Razor's Edge. Those three alone would exhibit his considerable talent.
Winky's! Those were the days. Hamburg and coffee. 25 cents.
The story is really strong. Excellent film.
I was six weeks old when this movie was released. I am sure that I saw some of it then. Mom most likely took me to the Movies. We matured at the drive-in Theater, car speaker and all. Thank you for this community upload. Was great!
One of the best movies I've seen in a long time. Thank you for sharing that with us.
Thanks for the upload of this fabulous movie.👌👏
I keep thinking about this classic flick, a true work of art with amazing storytelling !
Man nothing like it. Thanksgiving night 2021 I’m watching this great classic. Can’t bit it …
I’m only 20 minutes in and I love it!
Love the 50s soundtrack in the movie, keeps you on the edge of your seat..
Really a great movie. The acting is spot on. Costumes, scenery, story; just excellent
A masterclass
Any movie with both : Lee Van Cleef & Jack Elam , has to be good
In his old years he done lots of cowboy comic rolls like Blazing Saddles using that EYE!
great movie with 3 of the best bad guys ever
Beautiful scripts and cast love to see this filim
They don't make movies like this anymore. . What a shame
Movies nowdays are garbage. However movies between 30"s to 60's are Golden!!! I like 70's and 90's movies too, just not as much as the 30's to 60's era! 80s have a good amount of great moives too! Since 2000,2010 until now, it's all garbage, unwatchable if that word exists!!
@Greek Veteran I aspire to recapture the glory of classic cinema one day❤
Neville Brand played a good henchman, I liked him in D.O.A as well.
Death On Arrival....
a fantastic and a high class movie . . The actors are outstanding . Thank you for sharing .
One of my favorites. Love the scene at the diner with his WWII buddy and his gangster brother.
Good Plot, good acting and amazing casting, thanks for the movie!
stupid ending!
Said it before and I'll say it again, Colleen Gray is one of the most stunning cuties of noir Cinema ever!
great movie 💖
Captivating, creative, well-acted noir
Good movie!
Great movie! This is a first time I watched it. Thank you very much, I had really good time .
Great movie classic noir John Payne excellent★☆★
Excellent movie all around.
17:25+ is the golden moment of this classic, as John Payne gives his epic response to the interrogation. What a fantastic film!
BTW - I love the still that appears for this on YT, haha.
starting off very interesting
Lee van cleef one of my favorite actors
Thank you
-Clint Eastwood.
Angel eyes 😂
Lee was one of the great actors forever
Un foarte bun film polițist, merită vizionat !!!
I'm wild about film noir. This is at least my 2nd time watching this. I don't understand why this isn't ranked among the top noirs. Everything about it -- casting, acting, cinematographer, writing, directing -- is top-notch. Damn near perfect. Hell, it IS perfect!
The Asphalt Jungle (1950) is in my top 3 fav film noir
.. and bw film photography done by Masters. There is a trend on CZcams to colourisation of bw films. They just don't get bw film & its role in films. Colourisation just washes over all that Noir bw technique. Yes initially it is cheaper than colour but the film technicians used it too the full. Citizen Kane wouldn't be half the film in colour amongst many many more but the millennial generation just think bw is a fault along with the Silent movies.
It's great but missing a femme fatale.
It sure is a terrific film noir. I've been a rabid noir fan for over thirty years. I've always drawn parallels between this flick and the much later Reservoir Dogs....definitely Tarantino saw this a few times. Anyways, my problem with K.C.Confidential has always been the glaring plot flaw that Preston Foster , the dishonorable discharged cop, had access to one point two million in cash. So he sets up this intrinsically risky game of cat and mouse for a possible 25 per cent of the insurance company's loss ??! Maybe 75 Gees. I'm sorry , I've always felt that he could have hightailed it - waited for the dough to "cool", and lived happily -RICH - for the rest of his dishonorable life. Just "food for thought" to all you noir maniacs (like me)......JRS
@@s1n4m1n That's because It's not film noir. It's a crime film.
Digging through the ashtray for cigarettes butts, jumpy like he's coming off Benzedrine, a real reprobate. He's perfect....
bellissimo filmone emozionante!!!
Bellissimo film 👍👏se qualcuno lo postasse in italiano sarebbe troppo bello.... 👌😊
Awesome upload! Well done, and thanks.
THANK YOU FOR MOVIE
Oh what a great movie, I really enjoyed it.
Thanks!
Great movie,, it's hard to believe,,all of these people are no more 😞
Very interesting crime story indeed......TQ.
This is the first time I recall seeing Jack Elam in any movie other than a western.
He also played a gangster in Kiss Me Deadly.
Excellent lighting and cinematography. Man, l LOVE those HATS!
Bring back hats & NOT Baseball caps. Back then in my father's years if you went out without a hat you were half undressed. My father never went out un-hatted. Women also went out in a hat, not doing so was risque.
Really good film !!
Thank You 🇫🇷 Grand Merci !!! ❤️🙏🙏❤️
De rien de rien. C'est très gentil de ta part. Un autre billet de cinéma ?....
great movie. loved all of
It just killed me when "The Big Guy" King Pin, King Card's Daughter, just sprung on her Father, that she was interested in Pete, Lee Van Cleef. I almost Lost It, when she popped out with that one.
Her Dad doesn't know that she was talking about John Payne.
Brilliant resolution copy of a wonderful film. Thanks for this!
Thank you for your video. It was so good 👏👏👏👏👏🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
when movies where great intresting story telers. Foreaver gone. Hmm. So are the beautiful actors that shaped true Hollywood…
Me gustan este tipo de películas. ¡Muchas gracias!
This movie rocks
Good film
Masterpiece
great film, thanx
"touts" ??????????????????????????
EXCELLENT FILM / GREAT MOVIE ❤️🎥 MERCI 👍
Sergio Leone must have scouted this film to find tough mugs. He had three to pick from in LVC, Jack Elam and Neville Brand. He really couldn't go wrong, but he went right with LVC in TGTBaTU and with Elam in OUaTiTW.
One of the best directors of westerns - even if they are spaghetti.
TGTBaTU…is a masterpiece.
@@allegra0 It is. and Eli Wallach was even better as Tuco than he was as Calvera in The Magnificent Seven. That was a performance for the ages. Leone was a master who was ahead of his time. If they went back now to judge The Good, the Bad and the Ugly and Once Upon a Time in the West against the other films released in those years, where would they stand but at or near the top?
GFE - BDSE - PAWG - POV - BBC - EMO - BBW - BJ - GF - FHUTA
😘😘😘😘😘un bon classique merci.

Greatly appreciated !!! PLEASE, VIEWERS, do click on the THUMBS UP in appreciation for this meticulous video - plus "and for free," as quoted in the movie a couple of times. Thanks, again.
Gracias por este clásico 👌😊
@12:54 it's common knowledge that throwing pistol bullets from the hip increases velocity.
Lee Van Cleef, before he knew how to shave!
"You're leading with your chin". That's a saying I've never heard
One of the best thanks eh
good film
John Payne and Coleen Gray started a real life romance during filming.
Hey Chuck ! Thou art damn rite ! I am their dear son.

Jack Elam sure gets slapped around a lot here! More like Mexico Confidential.
Angel Eyes and Get me Jack Elam !
Una gran pelicula.
At a hot-weather resort in Mexico in business suit and tie...
Perhaps the first movie with a bitch-slap scene.
Uhm Maltese Falcon ?
Preston Foster- the poor man's Broderick Crawford
Insulting to both.
Less talking baddie always attracts the audience than a good guy
I wrote CLEEF.
NOT CLIFF.
The space bar changes letters and entire words when I hit it, and if I don't catch it in time, it prints it out WRONG.
Capo d'opera. Really.😁😀😂😃😄
Bom filme!
Bon film
At least he's got a friend.
