Alyssa comes out as someone that doesn't take accountability of her actions. Holly's, Shannen and Rose recounting of what happened have been very consistent throughout the years and the fact that also Julian McMahon didn't want to film his last episode with Alyssa and did it just with Holly. I saw the clip of Rose, Shannen and Holly answering to what Alyssa said here and it made me sad to watch Holly cry but maybe is time to let Charmed go. There's no coming back for them.

Shannen smirked and said bitchily 'shes pretty.... she's pretty....she's pretty'. Alyssa was asked the same question but about Shannen weeks later by Andy and Alyssa was really gracious and said 'she loves her family, great actresses and shes hardworking'. That was really telling. Throw in the fact that SD and Holly were best friends. I can totally believe Alyssa wasn't treated well and there were bitchy games going on.

I think they all played their part. I'm pretty sure Shannen is difficult to work with. I'm also pretty sure Alyssa is a snake. HMC is probably somewhere in between those two. Alyssa claims she apologized many times. She also claims she has taken responsibility. Shannen claims she has taken responsibility as well. Honestly, I don't think Alyssa genuinely apologized for Shannen to truly forgive her and I also think neither one of them truly taken any responsibility. ummmmm… I think that she clearly didn't listen to the podcast episode. She actually isn't mentioned that much and it's more about how the actresses were pitted against each other by the male producers to prevent a Friends situation from happening. Holly is actually the one who mentions the 'we were forced to fire her' thing and it was one of the producers who told her the situation. But somehow Milano makes this all about her… hmmmmm. She actually would've been better off not saying anything because now she's put the spotlight on herself. It's actually Holly who says the most about Alyssa in the podcast and the dish of the onset angst. It's clear to me that Doherty and Combs were clipped out of context and I encourage anyone to go listen to the full episode.
Every person who has gone through trauma understands why someone is still affected about something 25 years later. I think, considering that Shannen has terminal cancer and is preparing for her own death, it is even more understandable that she needs to speak up her truth about all the things she feels important to. Demeaning that in a soft passive-aggressive, almost victimized manner, without even taking accountability of anything, not even a true apology for (at least) been toxic on set, is quite telling of her true feelings about this subject.
I think she mispronounced “There is a reason Shannon’s replacement had the same experience with me. I am the problem. I apologize and take full responsibility.”

I think fans and the Charmed cast could move on if Alyssa and Shannen validated the situation and moved on together instead of on separate podcasts and interviews. It was definitely lame that Alyssa got Shannen fired by threatening to sue. It was also a little weird that Alyssa was simultaneously sleeping with members of the cast during the show's production(Brian Krause, and Greg Vaughn.) However, tension between costars was apparently something that Shannen had been involved with and let go for in a previous production with costars on 90210. We don't really have the full context of what happened. They were so young and immature. So many of us do dumb things at that age. Throw in 3 girls/sisters/costars some cute guys and competition and there's going to be drama. Finally admitting that takes maturity and love. The mere fact that they are addressing the issue is at least creating momentum forward. However, Alyssa's interview quote about it being so long ago seems to invalidate feelings. That could be the reason for the current stand off between them. Just because it happened in the 90's doesn't make it less relevant. Apologizing for "whatever" part she played is a start, but it's a blanket apology and doesn't really feel genuine. Especially when integrity was the core value of the Charmed show and the group. Alyssa spoke her truth in the 90's. Shannen is finally getting to speak her truth now. I hope at some point the four of them can sit down somewhere peaceful and talk it out. Shots were fired. Life went on. Let's get the chat over with and then do fun things together. Create new memories. It's literally just like an episode of Charmed, and they've had plenty of practice. If Alyssa questions why others haven’t moved past something that happened 25 years ago, it’s possible it’s because Alyssa continued on with the series while Shannen did not get to continue on. A lot happens behind the scenes so I’m not wanting to blame either side. The outcome though had Shannen out of a job and Alyssa continued on for 5 additional years.

Alyssa apologized for her role in this. It seems like everyones feelings just need to be validated and acknowledged. We also have to remember everyone was young. We don't know what Alyssa was dealing with in her personal life that may have contributed to her behavior on set. It's no excuse, but she took responsibility for her role.

This has all resurfaced due to Shannen and this is why I feel like this isn't 100% genuine because if you genuinely wanted to move forward and genuinely wanted to promote healing you would have had Alyssa on your show or spoken to Alyssa off camera and did your podcast about the two of them healing and having a genuine reconciling conversation.

Holly's, Shannen and Rose recounting of what happened have been very consistent throughout the years and the fact that also Julian McMahon didn't want to film his last episode with Alyssa and did it just with Holly. I saw the clip of Rose, Shannen and Holly answering to what Alyssa said here and it made me sad to watch Holly cry but maybe is time to let Charmed go. There's no coming back for them.

Honestly, I don't think Alyssa genuinely apologized for Shannen to truly forgive her and I also think neither one of them truly taken any responsibility. That's the reason, in my opinion, they will never be on the same stage or ever get along.

She actually isn't mentioned that much and it's more about how the actresses were pitted against each other by the male producers to prevent a Friends situation from happening. Holly is actually the one who mentions the 'we were forced to fire her' thing and it was one of the producers who told her the situation. But somehow Milano makes this all about her… hmmmmm. She actually would've been better off not saying anything because now she's put the spotlight on herself.
It's actually Holly who says the most about Alyssa in the podcast and the dish of the onset angst. It's clear to me that Doherty and Combs were clipped out of context and I encourage anyone to go listen to the full episode.

Every person who has gone through trauma understands why someone is still affected about something 25 years later. I think, considering that Shannen has terminal cancer and is preparing for her own death, it is even more understandable that she needs to speak up her truth about all the things she feels important to. Demeaning that in a soft passive-aggressive, almost victimized manner, without even taking accountability of anything, not even a true apology for (at least) been toxic on set, is quite telling of her true feelings about this subject.
I think she mispronounced “There is a reason Shannon’s replacement had the same experience with me. I am the problem. I apologize and take full responsibility.”

It was definitely lame that Alyssa got Shannen fired by threatening to sue. It was also a little weird that Alyssa was simultaneously sleeping with members of the cast during the show's production(Brian Krause, and Greg Vaughn.) However, tension between costars was apparently something that Shannen had been involved with and let go for in a previous production with costars on 90210.
We don't really have the full context of what happened. They were so young and immature. So many of us do dumb things at that age. Throw in 3 girls/sisters/costars some cute guys and competition and there's going to be drama. Finally admitting that takes maturity and love.
The mere fact that they are addressing the issue is at least creating momentum forward. However, Alyssa's interview quote about it being so long ago seems to invalidate feelings. That could be the reason for the current stand off between them. Just because it happened in the 90's doesn't make it less relevant. Apologizing for "whatever" part she played is a start, but it's a blanket apology and doesn't really feel genuine. Especially when integrity was the core value of the Charmed show and the group.
Alyssa spoke her truth in the 90's. Shannen is finally getting to speak her truth now.
I hope at some point the four of them can sit down somewhere peaceful and talk it out. Shots were fired. Life went on. Let's get the chat over with and then do fun things together. Create new memories. It's literally just like an episode of Charmed, and they've had plenty of practice. I do still believe they can let go of the junk and just love eachother while everyone in still together on Earth. They just have to "face it and replace it" with something better.

I understand what both sides have said. And can agree with a lot of points. It sounds like there was a lot of ego, and insecurity that lead to lashing out and tension. And while I agree this should be over and done with. I can’t help but feel Alyssas’ take on this event would be different if the situation happened in reverse. Seems like she was a bit a brat and a diva, and had a strong connected overbearing mother to aid and back her up in working the system and using all the rules known and unknown to get the results they wanted. It’s a bit conniving and manipulative. But I understand if she felt some sort of way about the clashes and vibes coming from Shannon. @@hafidbense4934 A woman who was a producer on Charmed and Grey’s Anatomy said on IG there was a lot of bullies on the Charmed set and Alyssa was not one of them. Another guy said he worked on Charmed for 2 years and Alyssa was the only one who spoke to him like a real person. Shannen, Holly and Rose are trying to smear Alyssa publicly at this point placing all the blame on her.
Shannen is very honest and if she has an opinion , she talks but it doesn't make her toxic. Any person that shares what they think it's labeled as toxic or problematic.
Alyssa has repeatedly said she owns her part in the rift.

Alyssa ruined the show with her ego after she became producer, making Phoebe this flat perfect character that became a celebrity over night. Alyssa Milano wanted to live vicariously through her character, which says a lot about her as a person. She should have been to one fired, not Shannon. At least Shannon portrayed the character in ways ways no one else can.

I have never like her. She seems very narc like. She answered nothing, which means she has no evidence nor is she the victim. She apologizes to the audience, not the people she should.

For someone dying of stage four cancer Shannon has her priorities screwed up. She goes around claiming it's her truth but then when Alyssa speaks her truth it's an issue. It just comes off as attention seeking and bullying and it's sick.

I disagree. Shannen is sick and dying. She agreed to make a scripted statement when leaving Charmed. She wanted to speak her truth not what she was told to say, she is in her last days. She has the right to say her side and speak her truth before she's laid to rest.

This has all resurfaced due to Shannen and this is why I feel like this isn't 100% genuine because if you genuinely wanted to move forward and genuinely wanted to promote healing you would have had Alyssa on your show or spoken to Alyssa off camera and did your podcast about the two of them healing and having a genuine reconciling conversation.
