A handsome man even at his advanced age. Happy Birthday Clint. May 30, 2018 in heaven. A full head of hair and a great voice. God bless your family .
Fabulous actor and great human!
Watching Clint Walker as Cheyenne was and still is a great comfort to me. I would watch for hours with my grandparents who were my heart and soul. Recently I lost them but still have those great memories. I even named my daughter Cheyannelee after our favorite actor. Thank you Mr Walker.

Yellowstone Kelly was my favorite Clint Walker movie. And of course there was Cheyenne which I watched whenever it was on. It was my favorite show at the time. Years later I got the chance 2 meet Mr Walker at the store& cafe that i worked at in Nevada City, Ca. He & the Mrs were the nicest people.
YES THEY WERE
I love the way Clint tells a story !
Thanks for this, I grew up in England and Clint was my hero, still is! A lovely fella and many of todays children wouldn't go wrong by following his example. Great memories.
I was raised by my grandparents and my grandfather loved westerns. (He called them "cowboy shows".) Of course at that time I was his "official remote control". I will always remember him saying, "hey, Billy, find a cowboy show." His favorite was Cheyenne, and mine too. Since some stations are replaying the show, it brings back memories of that time in my life. I thank Clint Walker and wish him well for allowing me to relive the best time of my life.
A hero to us kids in late 50s when girls& boys played Cowboys together..
I've seen Killdozer several times as Clint was man that all of us could emulate.
Would love to be able to attend one of these shows to see Clint Walker in person. Very much admire him in all he does.
Thank you God for saving him and giving him back to us, after his ski pole accident.
Mary Mitchell That's very nice of you to say that!
Thanks for sharing this,Deb...and thank Terry for allowing us to see it,too.I loved Ray Dante...he was so talented and handsome,too....not as handsome as Clint.
Clint not only takes the cake...HE IS THE CAKE...with ice cream on the side! YUMMY!!!
I agree that Clint IS the cake and ice cream. Great guy.
I love Clint Walker, bless his soul xoxo
He was the pride of Hartford Ill
I love Clint Walker. Watching Cheyenne now!! A bit late but happy birthday Clint!!💛
Such a classy gentleman.
How could he even act back then without saying cuss words.
love this man!!
It's unfortunate that whoever titled this videoclip misspelled the last name of Ray Danton, the subject of this discussion and a well-known actor/director/producer (radio, theatre, film, television) from the 1940s through the 1970s. At the time he was cast as Gall's nephew in "Yellowstone Kelly" (released in 1959), Danton was playing Nifty Cronin in the television series "The Alaskans." "Yellowstone Kelly" also featured stars from three other Warner Brothers television series popular at the time: Clint Walker (Cheyenne Bodie in "Cheyenne"), John Russell (Marshal Dan Troop in "Lawman"), and Edd Byrnes (Kookie in "77 Sunset Strip"). Andra Martin (cast as Wahleeah in "Yellowstone Kelly") - another contract player for Warner Brothers - had leading roles in various episodes of all those television series.
Alita Mantels You are absolutely right. I completely messed up on Ray Danton's name. Particularly troublesome since I was a fan of his work as well as his former wife, Julie Adams. Thanks for bringing the error to my attention.
I've always thought Clint was an excellent actor. Apparently a natural, as I understand it he had very little formal training.
Brassplyer Except for all the fights Cheyenne got into, Clint Walker was very much like the wise, quiet, honest, Cheyenne Bodie. Mr. Walker seemed to have a natural talent for just about everything.
Love his movies !!!
Even Clint Himself, Called Native Americans" Induns"...Not Just in the Show!,,ed
Looks a little like ronald reagan.
