@Irfan Zafar it depends on how invested you are and how active/fit you are
If you are not very active and not very invested then I would say 1 hour a day in the mornings or the night
If you are active and invested in the sport then I would consider 2-3 hours a day
Hope this helped and good luck it will be painful it will be exhausting but as they say the more you sweat the less you bleed good luck
Edit: an easier way is to see if the gym others any options for personal trainers or pre decided workout plans 🙂

As a novice boxing fan This was really interesting. Very eloquently explained and he broke down each scene really well. Probably one of the best break down videos you’ve put out! Would like to see more of this!

It's called mandatory 8 count because regardless of how quick a fighter gets up, the ref has to count to at least 8 before the fight can continue

One of the toughest sports to be great at there’s no question. Almost impossible to get it right as an actor, even with some training. Boxing is a way of life not a side activity.

Gabe Rosado, hands down one of the most respected and fearless fighters in boxing. Willing to go up against anybody, any time, anywhere. Best of luck to Gabe Rosado and Danny Jacobs on their upcoming fight!
