Omg I’m soooooo happy that the video is sooooo long. I really like it when you upload longer videos. I know some ppl don’t like them so long but I love them.
It also reminds me of my cousin “who was more like a sister” who was my best friend. She was killed in a car accident. We were going to cosmetology school at the time and I was sick and missed that day and she had the accident on the day I stayed home. For years I blamed myself for her death because I always drove us to school and she would sleep. I always wondered if I was there that day would she still be here. She was 25 when she died and had a 18 month old daughter and a 7 and 9 year old son. She was a young teen mom. It took me years to finally get over her death. I didn’t leave my house for a year and half. I didn’t go anywhere. I didn’t go to school or anything. My husband did everything. He worked and paid bills he did absolutely everything. I was completely destroyed. My therapist said I had ptsd. He said that it was like I was in the accident even though I wasn’t because of the guilt I carried for years. I had to go on disability because I couldn’t work. I could barely feed and bathe myself. My husband is a wonderful man and he took care of me and never complained not once. I’m so lucky to have him in my life. We’re about to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. When I seen you comment it reminded me of her because I’m the same.i smell certain things that deal with beauty and I think of her. I’m so sorry for such a long comment 😂 I practically wrote you a book 😂

I was better at hair and makeup and she was better at nails. She wanted to stop cosmetology school and just go to be a nail tech and I convinced her to stay with cosmetology that way she could continue to learn about all of it. The only think cosmetology school doesn’t teach well they didn’t when I went was makeup. I’m a self taught mua but cosmetology school taught me about sanitation and the proper way to treat a client. I got off track for a sec 😂 anyways she loved nails so much that when we graduated she wanted us to open a shop and I would do hair and makeup and she would do nails. Now I’m obsessed with nails and makeup and I hardly ever do hair. If my family needs a haircut or color I will do it. I don’t do the public’s hair anymore I only do makeup. I only do nails on myself and family. But nails and makeup are my true loves.

These nails came out so cute! I just made some cherry blossom encapsulated nails that I'm loving. One thing about nail drills - look at vibration... that is often a key to quality. The good ones are made for repeated use - for techs doing four or more sets of nails a day. Vibration is a killer if you are using it for a prolonged period of time. Your other efile looks like it is low vibration, but it's hard to tell visually. Some you can definitely see a shimmy happening. :D Sometimes the cheaper efiles die quicker, which might not be noticeable if you are using them less often. So, I tend to agree - for casual use, it's probably not necessary to have a high-end drill, but one with low vibration is a must.
You did so well with these nails. They are gorgeous and such a good job. I have watched all your videos I think and you are getting better every time. These colours as well as so lovely.

@@AnneElizabethNails 😂 definitely it’s my favorite color and when I buy a new gel polish from a new brand that’s the first color I look for 😂 I look to see if they have a periwinkle shade 😂 then I look for a mint green and a cool tone purple shade and a baby pink that’s the shades I like most for nails. I sometimes use other colors but those are my favorites colors for nails. Those and pastel shades are my favorites nail colors
I love the custom acrylics I've been trying to do more acrylic. I just get really impatient with all the filing. Lol. But I do love the look of acrylic and I like how it lasts. Bertiful ❤

HI! I'm loving your videos'! i just wanted to say, you have to be careful about using stuff from (glitters) craft stores. Because they aren't made for doing nails, some when they come in contact with mon. can bleed and ruin your nail. so its a good idea to check or test them before using them for that purpose 💕💕💕
I vote for glitter mixes and then tapping it with wet acrylic to lay it down! It makes sense to make the glitter mixes first because you can still customize and not worry about changing the acrylic ratio after you’ve put it in.
True, but "if it's not BROKEN, then don't try to FIX it." It's just a different method, and there are so many different methods + techniques in the nail industry. I think that it is ALWAYS GOOD to learn as many different techniques as you can, so you find the ones that are easiest for you!!

That file would be great for ppl with smaller hands. I wear a size 5 on my ring finger and my hands are smaller than most. But my nail bed is normal. I never bit my nails so I normally nail beds.

Pretty glitters, fun tip if you put a dryer sheet over dust collector it save your filter, they sheet for that purpose.

I vote for glitter mixes and then tapping it with wet acrylic to lay it down!
It makes sense to make the glitter mixes first because you can still customize and not worry about changing the acrylic ratio after you’ve put it in.

True, but "if it's not BROKEN, then don't try to FIX it." It's just a different method, and there are so many different methods + techniques in the nail industry. I think that it is ALWAYS GOOD to learn as many different techniques as you can, so you find the ones that are easiest for you!!

That file would be great for ppl with smaller hands. I wear a size 5 on my ring finger and my hands are smaller than most. But my nail bed is normal. I never bit my nails so I normally nail beds.
