Todays special video is about tradition and tasty mango pickle making process in village style. We are using wild mango to make pickle which are very rare to find in this time and it is very tasty also. This video we are shooting like a real life in Nepal as well as real village style. And I have used various Nepali spices in the pickle I made. salt, chilies, turmeric, kalonji, mustard, fenugreek, fennel seeds and mustard oil I used in pickle. You can also use garam masala while making mango pickle if you like. The pickle is last long for a year. I have written the recipe below for you. Don't forget to make it at home by looking at my recipe.
LAST LONG PICKLE INGREDIENTE
Mango - 60KG
Salt - 3.5KG
Turmeric Powder - 1KG
Mustard seeds - 1.5KG
Red Chili powder - 1.5KG
Kalonji - 1.5KG
Fennel seeds - 1 KG
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2KG
Mustard Oil - 5 to7 Litters
