cheesy announced the show was done for good a few hours ago, so i made this in tribute, but to also serve as a decent starting point (since i don't think cheesy's ever made a trailer, excluding the Magazine one)

because this is a basically-spoiler-free trailer, i feel responsible to explain what this is, since there aren't really any guides out there
sorry for the wall of text, but here we go
ONE (or colloquially known as hfjONE) is an object show that i really enjoy, and it basically leans into the horror if objects, from a life similar to ours - with school, or a job, and family and friends - were just dumped in a field without warning, in the same way most other object shows start
that's all i'm going to say about the events
the show is officially over now, with two seasons and a miniseries, and don't you DARE ask for a third season because there really doesn't need to be, leave cheesy be ":D
hfjONE is part of a genre called "object shows". if you don't know what they are, then if you can help it, don't watch it. ONE is a subversion of said genre, so if you have no knowledge of what to expect, there'd be nothing to subvert, and the show wouldn't hit you the way it's supposed to
in my opinion, a good place to start if you want to learn about object shows, would be to watch BFDI, Inanimate Insanity, and either BOTO or BURNER, whichever you prefer
(for BFDI, you only need up until BFDIA 6 - skip Well Rested - and BFB's first half, which has been officially compiled into one video)
anyway, for ONE, TW's for death, permanent major character death, people freaking out, hallucinations, cancer (or so-to-speak, it's mould), VERY LOUD yelling at points, and a general sense of dread throughout
there's also a bar? i dunno, when i first watched it i was scolded for it being "inappropriate", so i think it's worth a mention (even though alcohol has no impact on the story, whatsoever, and won't turn up since)
and LASTLY... this story has a controversial ending
if you like happy or fulfilling endings, DO NOT WATCH THIS SHOW
a lot more pieces get clarified in the miniseries, but the ending is open, and it upset a lot of people who weren't prepared for it
