What happened to row 14?
What happened in row 13? 8 sc, dec then skipped to row 14.
repeat 8 sc, dec until stitch marker (end of row)

And no instructions for row 14. Skips to 15.
Row 14 is 7 single crochet the decrease, I noticed she goes down ie started with 8, misses 7,6,5,4,3. Hope that makes sense
