Classic Guzzi V twin, not parallel twin and definitely a crank shaft...no invisible belt.

Not called a crankshaft it’s a drive shaft

These bikes are underrated, I have a V7lll special and it is a cracking machine. That racer is a thing of beauty though, pity I am a bit old for that riding position or I would have one in a heartbeat.

I believe its Cardan shaft-driven not belt. I might be wrong though...

To believe you, this is a vertical twin with belt drive. Nice bike though.
