  • Here is undeniable proof that the creators of Islam were mere humans who didn't understand what they were creating. This is a challenge to apologists to explain why Islam got the name of its god wrong.

@@vsasv The difference is that the New Testament doesn't proclaim itself as a new book for a new religion that comes to "correct" the older religions whose text was allegedly falsified (which is what the Quran claims). The New Testament comes as the continuation of the Old Testament. Plus Jesus does mention YHWH in John 8:58 if I'm not mistaken.

    • @JoaneEltern
      @JoaneEltern Před 11 měsíci +49

@@vsasv When God introduced himself to Moses, he told him that he is YHWH (יהוה). The meaning of this name is usually understood as "I am". This indicates God's eternal and self-existent nature, outside of time. Now, when Jesus says "before Abraham was born, I am!" (John 8:58), it's a clear reference to the name of God and especially to it's meaning. The name of God is not directly quoted but it is evoked implicitly.
You have to remember that it was traditionally forbidden to pronounce the name of God (YHWH) and that the New Testament writers were primarily focused on conveying the teachings of Jesus, his life, death, and resurrection, and the implications for the new Christian community. As a result, the direct use of the name YHWH was not a central aspect of their message.
There are, however, instances in the New Testament where the authors directly quote Old Testament passages that contain the name YHWH. For example, in the Gospel of Matthew, there are several references to passages from the Hebrew Scriptures that include the name YHWH in the original context.

@@vsasv Of course the sentence "ego eimi" is used everywhere. "I am" is a very common thing to say. However, in this specific sentence, saying "before Abraham, I am" doesn't make any sense (grammatically). But if you put it in the context of the New Testament, which often refers to the Old Testament, it suddenly makes much more sense. Whether we agree or not on the interpretation of this verse (and we could talk about it for hours), your initial argument doesn't make much sense in my opinion. You are saying that the argument of the video could also prove that the New Testament is wrong, I don't think so. The whole point of the video is that it is really weird and contradictory that the Quran and Islamic tradition is using names that refer to YHWH (in their root) while saying that the religion of YHWH is false and that it's book was willingly falsified by its followers. Even if you consider that the New Testament doesn't mention YHWH, the argument of the video can't be used to Invalidate it because the New Testament never claims that what was said before is false.

I always just assumed that the Qur'an was using Allah as a title, and that God's personal name was slightly mysterious for Muslims.
Then I learned that Islamic mysticism places a lot of emphasis on the name[s] of Allah as having extraordinary power, even in creating potions and talismans; but it never really struck me just how committed Islam is to Allah being a proper, special name (even though the Qur'an explicitly uses Allah all the time).
I just assumed everyone knew 'El' was traceable all the way back to the proto-semitic Ugaritic. I thought Muslims were just as coy as Jews about overusing the personal name of God by using an Arabic titular form instead.
Perhaps Muslims could argue that they are actually reclaiming El as the original personal name of God as it might have been known to some ancient Akkadian civilisation, and it only became titular passing down through millennia, all 'corrupt' people losing its significance, until Allah revealed its originality once more to Mohammed . . .
    This video was certainly enlightening.
I was once having a chat with a Muslim girl doing her masters at Oxford -- somehow anti-Semitism came up, and I remarked that I never really understood why other Semitic groups, like Arabs, weren't seen as victims of it. She was shocked that I could think Arabic was a Semitic language. I was shocked she didn't.
This video actually makes sense of that slightly confusing conversation.

That's odd. If she was doing her Master's at Oxford she'd know that "Semitic" is an archaic language category based on 18 c/19 c century pseudoscience. ‘Allah’ is NOT the Islamic name for god, it is the pagan name for god!
"The verses of the Qur'an make it clear that the very name Allah existed in the Jahiliyya or pre-Islamic Arabia. Certain pagan tribes believed in a god whom they called 'Allah' and whom they believed to be the creator of heaven and earth and holder of the highest rank in the hierarchy of MANY gods. It is well known that the Quraish as well as other tribes believed in Allah, whom they designated as the 'Lord of the House' (i.e., of the Ka'ba). It is therefore clear that the Qur'anic conception of Allah is NOT new."

Once you analyse Quran and islam through rational lens it all makes sense.
Of course Momo made chief god into an only God downgrading others into angels or djinns. It makes it much more acceptable to Quraysh pagans. Also slavery is allowed because most of Arabs owned slaves. Polygamy was again an Arab custom quite since it allows for much higher production of jihadis than monogamy.
Finally since Allahu is a moon god Islamists follow a moon calendar to generate him

In the 10 commandments they say "Don't take the lord's name in vain", meaning we can't say YHWH. Therefore, when we read the bible we replace it with "Adonai" meaning My Lord (Adon = lord and the addition if "ai" in the end meaning my). I thought it's a good point to add here to explain how "My lord" came into being. Also, Halleluja = Hallelu (praise) ja (the lord - YHWH). Just a couple more points that I think appropriate to add to this video.

    • @yomomma9687
      @yomomma9687 Před 7 měsíci

It's not "Yahweh" anyways. That's made up. This is what this stupid guy from the video doesn't understand. YHWH originally meant Yehowah, which means "He is".
This is the name that the Israelites gave to him because he said to Moses "I am that I am", so his 'name' was "He is" ie. YHWH. That's also where names like Yehoshua (Jesus) come from. That name means "He is saves" ie. God saves.

    • @yomomma9687
      @yomomma9687 Před 7 měsíci +2

The name "Yahweh" is just fake and made up because the later Jews didn't know what YHWH originally meant. Jews never said God's name out loud, so they literally forgot how to pronounce YHWH cos it's written without the vowels.
So then they came up with "Yahweh" as a proposed meaning of the word, but that is totally meaningless as a word. So YEAHHHHH, this whole video is also meaningless. Allah just means "The God", and in the Qur'an he lists 99 of his names there.
YHWH isn't mentioned like that in the Qur'an because Arabic is a different language, but the equivalents are mentioned. "He is" means the one who always "is", ie. The eternal one who never dies or fades away or becomes weak or sleepy or whatever. There's no change in him, he just "is". That's what it means. So in arabic, you got names like the eternal one or the ever-living or whatever else. Same thing.

    • @yomomma9687
      @yomomma9687 Před 7 měsíci +1

But even those 99 names are not specific names like how the idols used to have names. They're just things like "The most merciful, the most forgiving, the most powerful, the all knowing, the protector, the provider etc etc".
These are names that you can also give a human, so they're not specifically godly. That's because he's not a human, so he doesn't even have any particular name in the way that humans do.
I think that's what the early Israelites didn't understand about him. And that's why he never mentioned any of those names to them. He just said I'm your God and I am what I am. He "is". The word "is" = "to be" and he says that word "be" to whatever he wants to create and it becomes.
So when the bible says "the word became flesh", it means God said the word "be" and Adam was created, and from him, his wife. And God said "be" and Jesus was created without a father. So every time he says "be", God does a miracle like that. And he himself is miraculous, so he "is".
... But what he is in particular are those 99 qualities.

    • @yomomma9687
      @yomomma9687 Před 7 měsíci +4

Oh and in case you're wondering why it's Yehowah. That's because howah (or huwah) means "he" in Hebrew, same as in Arabic. And the "ye" is the third person singular verbal prefix.
So for example, if you want to say the verb "saves" as in "he saves", you say Yeshua. It doesn't contain the word "he" separately, but it implies it from the 3rd person conjugation. That's the translation of the name "Joshua". Or if you want, you can also add the word for "he", so then Joshua becomes Yehoshua or even Yehowahshua. Same thing. And that was also Jesus's original name.
So where does that "wah" part come from? Well that's just part of the O vowel when you add another short A. You can see it more clearly if you think of the O as a U (as it is originally pronouced). A "W" is just a "double" U, even in English. So in other words, the U and the W is the same exact letter. Just when you have an A at the end, you don't write it as "hua", but as "huwah" instead because it naturally sounds more like that, but it's the SAME exact thing.
So "he" in Hebrew = "hu/ho" (or "huwah/howah" in full). The H at the end is just for emphasis, like in Allah or like in that made up word "Yahweh". The H there has no function other than emphasis, cos you're saying God's name in a grandiose way.
So if you want to say "he is", you change the pronoun "he" (howah) into a third person singular verb by adding the "ye" prefix, and so you say "Yehowah". That's it. It's not something mystical or complicated. It's just basic.
So in Exodus 3, God says "I am that I am. Tell the Israelites: 'I am' has sent me to you. Tell the Israelites: 'He is', the God of your fathers, has sent me to you". That's all YHWH means. It means "He is". There's no magical/mystical "Yahweh" meaning to it. That's ridiculous and made up. So this guy from the video understand NOTHING about this. He just thinks YHWH is some strange mystical name loool!

The Aramaic word for God is "Alaha". It's the word Isa PBUH used. Sounds familiar?
Written without the confusing vowels it is written A-L-H ܐ ܠܗܐ (alap-lamed-he) as found in Targum or in Tanakh (Daniel, Ezra), Syriac Aramaic (Peshitta), reduced from the Arabic original (of which Aramaic is a dialect continuum as will be explained) it is written in the Arabic script 'A-L-L-H' (Aleph-Lam-Lam-Ha) add an A before the last H for vocalization.
The word God in another rendition in Hebrew ʾĕlōah is derived from a base ʾilāh, an Arabic word, written without confusing vowel it is A-L-H in the Arabic script, pronounced ilah not eloah. Hebrew dropped the glottal stop and mumbled it, aramic mumbled a little less and it became elaha. Infact both are written written A-L-H in Arabic, it is pronounced i in Arabic and not A because it is an Alef with hamza below (إ أ ) They are two different forms of Alef. And it mean "a god", it is the non definitive form of A-L-L-H, in which the Alef is without a glottal stop/hamza,(ا), but this kind of nuance is lost in the dialect continua.
infact "YHWH" itself is an Arabic word as discussed by Professor. Israel Knohl (Professor of Biblical studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem) in the paper" YHWH: The Original Arabic Meaning of the Name."
jesus as his name is often misspelled due to the lack of the ayin sound in Greek, which was rendered to Iesous, coupling the nearest sound to ayin, same letter found in 'Iraq', which sounds entirely different in Arabic form 'Iran' in Arabic, with the -ous Greek suffix that Greeks typically add to their names 'HerodotOS', 'PlotinUS', 'AchelOUS' and later mumbled into a J. The yeshua rendition of Isa (his name in the Qur'an) PBUH which is purported to be the name of Jesus is KNOWN to had been taken from greek. Western Syriac also use "Isho". Western Aramaic (separate from Syriac which is a dialect of Eastern Aramaic) use "Yeshu". Western Syriac has been separate from Western Aramaic for about 1000 years. And sounds don't even match up. Syriac is a Christian liturgical language yet the four letters of the name of Jesus «ܝܫܘܥ» [ = Judeo-Babylonian Aramaic: «ישוע» ] sounds totally different in West vs East Syriac, viz. vocalized akin to Christian Arabic, Hebrew, Aramaic «ܝܶܫܽܘܥ» (Yēšūʿ) in West Syriac, but pronounced more akin to Muslim Arabic Quran character name Isa in East Syriac «ܝܑܼܫܘܿܥ» (ʾĪšōʿ). The reason for this confusion is their dropping of phonemes. Only someone that has no idea what the letters are or how they sound would have a name ending in a pharyngeal fricative like the ayin, if it were to be used in a name it would have had to be in the beginning, thus the Arabic rendition is the correct one. An example in English is how the appended -d is a common error amongst the English pronouncing Gaelic names. The name Donald arose from a common English mispronunciation of the Gaelic name Donal. Just how it is with donal becoming donald and the two becoming distinct and the original being regarded as something seperate so too did Isa PBUH turn to Iesous turn to jesus and when they tried going back to the original they confused it for yeshua ( ysu is how it is actually written) for Isa PBUH ( 3'eysah )
Schlözer in his preparation for the Arabia expedition in 1781 coined the term Semitic language:
"From the Mediterranean to the Euphrates, from Mesopotamia to Arabia ruled one language, as is well known. Thus Syrians, Babylonians, Hebrews, and Arabs were one people (ein Volk). Phoenicians (Hamites) also spoke this language, which I would like to call the Semitic (die Semitische)." -Before Boas: The Genesis of Ethnography and Ethnology in the German By Han F. Vermeulen.
He was only half right though, Arabic is the only corollary to "proto-semitic", infact the whole semitic classification is nonsensical as will be shown.

ع, غ (3'ayn, Ghayn) merged into a reducted ayin consonant remaining
ت, ث (t/taw, th) merged into only t/taw consonant remaining
The reason why the protoS alphabet here is 28 and not 29, is because the supposed extra letter is simply a س written in a different position, but it was shoehorned to obfuscated. In Arabic letter shapes are different depending on whether they are in the beginning , middle or end of a word.
As a matter of fact, all of the knowledge needed for deciphering ancient texts and their complexity was derived from the Qur'an. It was by analyzing the syntactic structure of the Qur'an that the Arabic root system was developed. This system was first attested to in Kitab Al-Ayin, the first intralanguage dictionary of its kind, which preceded the Oxford English dictionary by 800 years. It was through this development that the concept of Arabic roots was established and later co-opted into the term 'semitic root,' allowing the decipherment of ancient scripts. In essence, they quite literally copied and pasted the entirety of the Arabic root. Hebrew had been dead, as well as all the other dialects of Arabic, until being 'revived' in a Frankensteinian fashion in the 18th and 19th centuries.
The entire region spoke basically the same language, with mumbled dialect continuums spread about, and Arabic is the oldest form from which all these dialects branched off. As time passed, the language gradually became more degenerate,
Language; When one looks at the actual linguistics, one will find that many were puzzled by the opposite, that is, how the other "semetic" languages were more "evolved" than Arabic, while Arabic had archaic features, not only archaic compared to bibilical Hebrew, Ethiopic, "Aramaic" contemporary "semetic" languages, but even archaic compared to languages from ancient antiquity; Ugaritic, Akkadain. What is meant here by Archaic is not what most readers think, it is Archaic not in the sense that it is simple, but rather that it is complex (think Latin to pig Latin or Italian or Old English, which had genders and case endings to modern English), not only grammatically, but also phonetically; All the so called semitic languages are supposed to have evolved from protosemetic, the Alphabet for protosemitic is that of the so called Ancient South Arabian (which interestingly corresponds with the traditional Arabic origins account) and has 28 Phonemes. Arabic has 28 phonemes. Hebrew has 22, same as Aramaic, and other "semitic" languages. Now pause for a second and think about it, how come Arabic, a language that is supposed to have come so late has the same number of letters as a language that supposedly predates it by over a millennium (Musnad script ~1300 BCE). Not only is the glossary of phonemes more diverse than any other semitic language, but the grammar is more complex, containing more cases and retains what's linguists noted for its antiquity, broken plurals. Indeed, a linguist has once noted that if one were to take everything we know about languages and how they develop, Arabic is older than Akkadian (~2500 BCE).
And then the Qur'an appeared with the oldest possible form of the language thousands of years later. This is why the Arabs of that time were challenged to produce 10 similar verses, and they couldn't. People think it's a miracle because they couldn't do it, but I think the miracle is the language itself. They had never spoken Arabic, nor has any other language before or since had this mathematical precision. And when I say mathematical, I quite literally mean mathematical.
Now how is it that the Qur'an came thousands of years later in an alphabet that had never been recorded before, and in the highest form the language had ever taken?
The creator is neither bound by time nor space, therefore the names are uttered as they truly were, in a language that is lexically, syntactically, phonemically, and semantically older than the oldest recorded writing. In fact, that writing appears to have been a simplified version of it. Not only that, but it would be the equivalent of the greatest works of any particular language all appearing in one book, in a perfect script and in the highest form the language could ever take. It is so high in fact, that it had yet to be surpassed despite the fact that over the last millennium the collection of Arabic manuscripts when compared on word-per-word basis in Western Museums alone, when they are compared with the collected Greek and Latin manuscripts combined, the latter does not constitute 1 percent of the former as per German professor Frank Griffel, in addition all in a script that had never been recorded before. Thus, the enlightenment of mankind from barbarism and savagery began, and the age of reason and rationality was born from its study.
God did bring down the Qur’an, Mohamed is his Messenger.

jesus as his name is often misspelled due to the lack of the ayin sound in Greek, which was rendered to Iesous, coupling the nearest sound to ayin, same letter found in 'Iraq', which sounds entirely different in Arabic form 'Iran' in Arabic, with the -ous Greek suffix that Greeks typically add to their names 'HerodotOS', 'PlotinUS', 'AchelOUS' and later mumbled into a J.

Language; When you look at the actual linguistics, you'll find that many were puzzled by the opposite, that is, how the other "semetic" (why in quotes will be revealed later) languages were more "evolved" than Arabic, while Arabic had archaic features, not only archaic compared to bibilical Hebrew, Ethiopic, "Aramaic" contemporary "semetic" languages, but even archaic compared to languages from ancient antiquity; Ugaritic, Akkadain. Arabic is the only corollary to proto-semitic, infact the whole semitic classification is nonsensical for anyone with a somewhat functioning mass between their ears. hebrew, aramaic, rest of madeup dialect continua only have 22 letters of the 29 protosemitic letters Arabic has all 29. The difference betweeen Arabic and the other creoles and Pidgin is the same as that between Latin and pig latin or italian.
Arabic is written in an alphabetic script that consists of 28 consonants and three long vowels. For example:
      قرأ زيد كتابا
      qaraʾa zayd-un kitāb-an
      Zayd read a book
This sentence is composed of three words: qaraʾa (he read), zayd-un (Zayd), and kitāb-an (a book). The word order is verb-subject-object, which is different from English but similar to Proto-Semitic and Akkadian. The word zayd-un has a suffix -un that indicates the nominative case, which is equivalent to "the" in English or "-u" in Akkadian. The word kitāb-an has a suffix -an that indicates the accusative case, which is equivalent to "a" in English or "-a" in Akkadian.
Proto-Semitic is the reconstructed ancestor of all Semitic languages. It is not written in any script, but linguists use a system of symbols to represent its sounds. For example:
      ʔanāku bēlīya ʔašū
      I am his lord
This sentence is composed of three words: ʔanāku (I), bēlīya (my lord), and ʔašū (he). The word order is subject-object-verb, which is different from English but similar to Arabic and Akkadian. The word bēlīya has a suffix 'ya' that indicates possession, which is equivalent to "my" in English or "-ī" in Arabic. The word ʔašū has a prefix ʔa- that indicates the third person singular masculine pronoun, which is equivalent to "he" in English or "huwa" in Arabic.
I'll compare Arabic with Proto-Semitic and show how Arabic preserves features that are lost or changed in other Semitic languages.
Let's start with a simple sentence:
      ## The house is big
      Arabic:
      البيتُ كبيرٌ
      al-bayt-u kabīr-un
      Proto-Semitic:
      *ʔal-bayt-u kabīr-u
      Hebrew:
      הבית גדול
      ha-bayit gadol
      Akkadian:
      bītum rabûm
      Amharic:
      ቤቱ ገደሉ
      betu gedelu
As can be seen, Arabic and Proto-Semitic have the same word order (noun-adjective), the same definite article (al-), and the same case endings (-u for nominative). Hebrew and Akkadian have lost the case endings and changed the definite article (ha- and -um respectively). Amharic has changed the word order (adjective-noun) and the definite article (u-).
But Arabic is not only similar to Proto-Semitic, it is also pre-Semitic, meaning that it is the original form of Semitic before it split into different branches. This is because Arabic preserves many features that are not found in any other Semitic language, but are found in other Afro-Asiatic languages, such as Egyptian and Berber. These features include:
      - The definite article al-, which is derived from the demonstrative pronoun *ʔal- 'that'. This article is unique to Arabic among Semitic languages, but it is similar to the article n- in Berber and the article p-, t-, n- in Egyptian.
      - The dual number for nouns and verbs, which is marked by the suffix -ān or -ayn. This number is rare in other Semitic languages, but it is common in other Afro-Asiatic languages, such as Egyptian and Berber.
      - The imperfective prefix t- for verbs, which indicates the second person singular feminine or third person plural feminine. This prefix is unique to Arabic among Semitic languages, but it is similar to the prefix t- in Berber and Egyptian.
      - The passive voice for verbs, which is marked by the infix t between the first and second root consonants. This voice is unique to Arabic among Semitic languages, but it is similar to the passive voice in Egyptian and Berber.
Finally, a more complex sentence: The letter was written with a pen.
      Arabic:
      كُتِبَتِ الرِّسَالَةُ بِالقَلَمِ
      kutiba-t al-risāla-t-u bi-l-qalam-i
      Proto-Semitic:
      *kutiba-t ʔal-risāla-t-u bi-l-qalam-i
      Hebrew:
      המכתב נכתב בעט
      ha-michtav niktav ba-et
      Akkadian:
      šipram šapāru bēlum
      Egyptian:
      sḏm.n.f p-ẖry m rnp.t
      Berber:
      tturra-t tibratin s uccen
Here, Arabic and Proto-Semitic have the same word order (verb-subject-object), the same passive voice marker (-t-), the same definite article (al-), and the same preposition (bi-). Hebrew has changed the word order (subject-verb-object), lost the passive voice marker, changed the definite article (ha-) and the preposition (ba-). Akkadian has changed the word order (object-subject-verb), lost the passive voice marker, changed the definite article (-um) and the preposition (bēlum).
Now how is it that the Qur'an came thousands of years in a language that is lexically, syntactically, phonemically, and semantically older than the oldest recorded writing.
God did bring down the Qur’an, Mohamed is his Messenger.

      ص, ض (ṣ, ḍ/Tsad ) merged into only ḍ/Tsad consonant remaining

There’s plenty of evidence for that. But not only does the Quran not seem to know this (?), but it claims God is now calling himself Allah. Makes sense if you’re taking about a different God, after all there have been lots of Gods with lots of different names throughout human history. But if it’s supposed to be the same god appearing to Mohammed as the last in a line of prophets going back to the time of Jews and Christians, then why would he now claim to have a different name? Maybe I’m just misunderstanding something.

Jews are forbidden from saying God's name (ten commandments)(3), so they use "אדוני" ("My Lord") in prayers instead.
During Muhammad's time, many people in the Quraysh area could not read or write, leading to confusion when hearing Jews and Christians say "Elohim" or "Ellah" - words that refer to "יהוה" but are not his name.
-In the Quran it is written that Allah gave Yohanan / יוחנן his name. Why ? Muhammad probably heard from Jews or Christians that the name Yohanan was given by God so though to add , but he did not know that the name had meaning and contain the word "יהוה"! So it's a mistake and it's obviously a mistake!
Take another example - "Hell" in Hebrew is "Gehinom" which come from the words "GAN" and "THEOM" (Garden of Abyss).this is not just a "word" but a metaphor to "Garden of Eden".
(Human body are the "Seeds" while the soul is the "Flower", in heaven we all become beautiful flowers and stuff but in hell there is no sunlight so no garden.
that's why Hell/Sheol in Judaism is describe as a place where there is no "activity".) hope I explain it ok ^^
Now in Islam they have a similar word to "Gehinom" which is "jahannam" BUT it has no meaning in Arabic!
It almost like Muhamd/early muslims simply copied from the Jews/christians without realizing that there is a meaning behind many words. that's it..

Thanks for your amazing videos! I really love how you educate us.
I know that it’s been four years already, but I’d still like to add something around the 11:25 minute mark: For Jewish people, YHWH is the most holy name of God, as written in the ancient Hebrew language. However, written Hebrew shows no vowels, so the only way to really learn Hebrew is to speak it and have the correct pronunciation taught to you by someone.
While there are certain rules to the pronunciation, you can’t know it from just the written text. So over time, when the Israelites started avoiding God’s name, they also the “forgot” about the right vowels to add and the correct pronunciation was no longer agreed upon. So in order to avoid any mistakes, they just now just avoid His name altogether.
If you want to learn more, just search for terragrammaton!
    Hope that helps. 😊

Do you hate Muslims or do you love them and want to open their eyes to the truth ?
If you hate them then what are you doing is understandable as bigotry and you could join a long line of bigots that are found everywhere as they spread hate and make the world a worse place, but if your goal is the opposite you should then not just talk about what is wrong but reveal the right thing ( the truth ) with an evidence ! in this way you become a religion scholar !.
At least your legacy will be remembered as someone who tried to show people the truth instead of someone who spread hate and bigotry.
It is so easy to demolish a thing but so hard to build one ! what is your big goal and big picture, demolishing or building ?! at the end it's your choice.

Allah is not God. History proves that before Islam came into existence, the Sabeans in Arabia worshipped the moon god, who married the sun goddess, who gave birth to three goddesses. Those three goddesses were called Al-lat, Al-uzza, and Manat. They later became idols and were worshipped throughout that part of the world as the "Daughters of Allah." The moon god was Allah. He was just one of 360 idols in the Ka'aba in Mecca. Muhammad knew all about this. The crescent moon is everywhere in Islam. Even Ramadan begins and ends with the crescent moon. Muhammad wanted to create his own religion. He needed the backing of his powerful tribe so he picked Allah, the moon god which they already worshipped, to be the one god. Muhammad declared himself to be Allah's prophet. In the 1950s a major temple to the moon god was excavated at Hazor in Palestine. Two idols of the moon god were found, proving Allah was a pre-Islamic, pagan deity. See "Islamic Invasion" by Dr. Robert A. Morey, pages 211 through 218. A stone carving shows Allah sitting on a throne with a crescent moon on his chest. Islamists or Muslims are actually praying to a moon god.

I'm a hebrew speaker and to me it is most obvious that our word for god being El and Alla is just... too similar for it to be a coincidence in that Alla is the name of the Islamic god. i think it's makes sense, Islam came as antithesist of polytheism of ancient arabia. speaking of polytheism, they have common denominator, which is each one of their deities has name, gender etc, specialty and they kept adding. Muhammad had 3 options for his monotheist belief :
      1. pick one of the deities, which has name and destroy the rest of them which is kind of hypocritical and divisive.
      2. Introduce new deity, which also not less problematic with the option number one, and polytheists kept adding up deities
      3. use the word that was known to every arab at the time, Allah = The God, so when his audience asked which ilah (god)? He simply said Allah (The God).

The Aramaic word for God is alôh-ô ( Syriac dialect) or elâhâ (Biblical dialect), which comes from the same Proto- Semitic word (*ʾilâh-) as the Arabic and Hebrew terms; Jesus is described in Mark 15:34 as having used the word on the cross, with the ending meaning "my", when saying, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"

It could have been so simple. “Tell them it’s Allah.” But that never happened.
Why would such a specific and central point become a throw-away question?

If none of the Tanakh is preserved then it’s not coherent enough for the Quranic references to it to be logical.

I don't think that "Elohim" is equivalent to "Allah": "Elohim" is an Hebraic plural, meaning "Gods"; and "Allah", I understand to mean (for I do not yet read Arabic) simply "God", a singular noun.
Why a plurality for the singular God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob? A knowledgeable Jew likely will tell you that a "plural of majesty" is used (consider that most monarchs, not only in the West but throughout the world, generally promulgated commands as "We, the King", etc.). A knowledgeable Christian, that the plurality recognizes the three persons within the Godhead: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; three persons, but one being, much as you are yourself several persons -- son, perhaps also father, friend, brother, husband -- yet just one being, even though you relate to people differently in each of your personae.
All very different to the being whom Mohammedans conceive as "Allah", the best of deceivers (not a desireable attribute! and one which Christians, Jews, and most people of any or no faith would more likely give to Satan, "the father of lies").

Arabism is one of the biggest lies in history. "Arab" is not a race, not a nation and not an ethnicity. The "Arab" identity that is widely refered to today is a result of Arabaist-lsIamic conquests and propaganda - it is an lsIamic construct. The same is true for the "Arabic" language which didn't really exist before the advent of lsIam.
The term "Arab" means someone of the desert (A'raba). It originally describes someone who lives a desert environmental lifestyle, a nomad of the deserts, somewhat similar to how the term "Bedouin" is understood - it doesn't denote or define a race/nation/ethnicity. Nowdays, when the term "Arab" is used what it really means is ArabaIST (=Pan-Arabists), which is actually tied to an ideology (Pan-Arabism) - it doesn't denote or define a race/nation/ethnicity either.
As for the so-called "pure" "Arabic" language - it's actually a messy artificial Quranic admixture of three languages: Himyaritic, Syriac-Aramaic and Hebrew, with also having minor input from Greek, Persian, and Geez/Ethiopic. This mixture was formed and developed due to various influences in Hijaz prior to the advent of lsIam and influences on the Quran. This mixture is what was eventually put into the "canonical" Quran and was spread by the sword in brutal Arabaist-lsIamic conquests to other places. This process involved the destruction of other cultures and replacing them with an Arabaist-lsIamic ones. Arabism and lsIam are two sides of the same Arabaist-lsIamic coin.
So-called different dialects of "Arabic" are an admixture of an admixture - a mix of the messy artificial Quranic admixture of languages with different languages.
lsIam itself is a badly made twisted plagerism from Paganism that was spread in Hijaz at the time, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Christianity, and Sabean religion, with a "Muhammadan" "lsIamic" twist. It is a recipe for Arabaist-lsIamic imperiaIism, coIoniaIism and supremacism.

The title "God", which indeed is a title and not a name, works in any context it is used in, if defined as "the one who is worshiped or revered". I also have a question: could "Allah" be a combination of the words El & Yah (god & Yah)?

    • @nobody3611
      @nobody3611 Před 2 lety

This video is pretty stupid as it is pretty misleading. The problem is your lies are being believed by other idiots like you.
      So lets explain
Allah means The God. Its not a name or anything, it just signifies that we are talking about the one god. The only god.
Arab christians, jews and muslims all use the Allah when they mention their god.
Second the name yaweh. Nobody is exactly sure of the origin of this name. Some say it translates to creator, or " he who makes things exist" something like that. If that was the case then its simply that yaweh exists for muslims as its one of the 99 names of allah.
The name yaweh might mean literally mean "He is" or some say Lord. If that was a case then it still is not a contradiction. As Lord translates to basically god اله or رب. And god can be known as these things in arabic.
Yaweh when literally translated to arabic is يهوه. It is pretty close to اله and it might be the origin it.
There are no contradictions as each prophet preached to the people about the god, the one, the creator. Most of the names in the video are from prophets sent to the people of israel, so it makes sense that the prophets would use the language the people living there use. As each prophet reveals the message to the people in their native tongue. And if the israelites prophets had the word meaning god as part of their name its ok. As prophet muhammad's father was named Abdullah, before muhammad preached to the people the message of the quran. So how was a specific name for the god of muslims widely used before the birth of the man that preached that god's name.
People that believe this guy's crap are probably uneducated fools that can't read or search for themselves.
