Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Mango puree 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/4 cup
Whipped cream 125 gms
Jelli insert
Mango juice 150 gms
Agar agar 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
Mango chopped 1 cup
Vanilla sponge cake 1/2 sliced through
Mango juice to soak
Mango ganache
100 gms mango puree
50 gms white chocolate
Whipping cream 75 gms for rosettes
Mango chunks and mint leaves for garnish.
