I've used all the tools you used to construct your crane but for the average man they are made of unbuyable $$$ material. I made a crane on my channel, T wagner but it has few features of yours. Nice job.

Muy buen trabajo y dominio de todas las herramientas pero bajo mi punto de vista solo tiene un fallo y es el rodamiento del cuerpo principal es demasiado pequeño tiene que ser más grande para repartir el peso mejor, girará más suave y no correrá peligro de romperse un saludo.

Awesome work very skilled. Is the hydraulic ram necessary with the winch? Just lift the boom arm and slot a pin through then hoist with winch?
You dont need to jack the stabiliser leg up to use it, simply put the pin through when the footplate is as close to the ground as possible then when the crane takes up the weight the foot will touch the ground and stabilise the truck.

Верхнее колено неправильно сделано. В самом начале подъема оно заклинивает, потому и стрела поднимается рукой на 10:21...

I would have used a trailer jack instead of all that fab and carrying a bottle jack. I just picked up a weld on one. Has the round cylinder to Weld to whatever. Then a pull pin to attach or rotate. Has like 28" of travel with side crank handle and drop down leg with pin. $60 weld on and you're done.
The pivot makes me jealous though. I picked up a used crane for $150. Cylinder leaks a little, the pivot just a pipe inside another pipe base with gussets. Has a nylon washer between the 2. Cleaning and greasing no has it better but...poor design

Over engineering must be part German? .. i Built one year's ago used a transit! rear hub and a hydraulic ram in the drop leg with a valve to swap from arm to leg all on one pump..

for all that time and effort making that crane you can buy one all ready made very cheaply or use engine lift and that electric winch is meant for draging not lifting moter will burn out quite quickly think you wasted your time
if you build ANY kind of lifting equipment yourself in my country you will get fined!
