He said last year when things started tightening up in the lumber and paper markets he was not going to spend what money he had saved and would wait for it to get better. 12 months later still not better so he decided to sell.

That is one hell of a deal on all 3 . Just the cuter alone is worth $80,500 Gs. My Brother in-law has been logging his whole life he is a year younger then me , I am 60 That is the only job he has done in his life. Being a wrecker driver is one of the most dangerous job then logging is number 2. That is a great price for all 3.
