Yes. Very useful insight. Coz London seems to be a good market. The only thing which stopping is that in India there are many companies which can offer 50 to 60 lakh for a senior engineer of 8 to 10 year experience. Which makes a little confusing whether to consider opportunities abroad. So if you can make another video with KAM explaining about the taxation and savings part it would be so so beneficial!! ✌️✌️

I am also having the similar question. I am currently working for a UK based banking client for Automation. One thing i know is IJP after attaining certain level of experience, other is if there is requirement in my project to be directly present at client site which we say Onsite opportunity.
So Neha on basis of your query, i can answer you that Scope is for sure is there and salary will be almost same as Software Developer or there may be a slight difference and not much difference.
How to get job directly in UK or any other foreign country is something i also want to know ? I know little bit like through Linkedin connecting to HR’s and search job location wise and check whether they are supporting WORK VISA’s . Please Ajay provide your’s and Kam’s answer to this question.
@@amanarora2910 I have tried connecting with UK company's HR , but no one is ready to sponsor, because they already have so many automation testers there, they normally sponsor for those roles who are at scarce , because they need to show to the govt that this role is not fulfilled by any visa holder that's why we want to appoint someone from outside.
This I get to know by having word with linkedin connections from UK only .
And in my case IJP is not possible as my company won't send anyone onsite.
And if I switch company, then alsowhats the probability they will send me if there is any opening outside out of so many working there
So in short there is no such way I can move to UK 😭
