I love chocolate covered Oreos. Does it matter if you use candy melts or real chocolate?

Not at all. However you will want to melt real chocolate in a double broiler instead of the microwave. Ones with candy melts also will have a much longer shelf life.

Yes! After removing the oreo from the mold, run a knife under hot water and shave the edges down carefully. Hope that helps!
