I recently purchased the Xtool screen printer and have had fun making random products, lol. I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface of what I would do with this tool. Super excited to see what comes with it, especially when I get multi colors down. This was just one Saturday playing around with the machine and hope to do a new video soon. I will let you know I had to use my heat gun to heat the paint on the candy bags. If not it would scrap, but after the heat gun it stayed on great. Also I used acrylic paint from speedball for the candy bags, as the xtool one did not hold as much as I would like. The paint worked but the speedball paint stayed on better for sure. I will link the speedball paint I used. But also I know nothing about screen printing and just learning. So feel free to research or try other paints to see what works best for your application.

I will probably do a video on the bags sometime in the future as I learn more about screen printing. I have seen lots of videos of people screen printing on plastic bags and such. And to make sure it stayed on I ran my heat gun slightly over it for a couple of seconds to dry and seal it. So it wont peal off so easily and it made a big difference. I will say the xtool paint that came with it had some trouble even with the heating. But I saw a video on youtube that recommended speedball paint for screen printing on plastic and I tried it. It works so much better than the xtool paint for plastic. But I have learned there are lots of different paint for different things, so its just a matter of what works best for your projects. I am still learning about screen printing but love the way speedball paint has been working. But if you find any others or have any tips, please leave them in the comments below so we can all learn. Thank you. amzn.to/3VI7ewf

Great video. What watt laser do you have? What were your settings. I have a 100W laser.

Hi, thank you. I have the Xtool M1 and a Boss laser 70 watt. For this screen I used my 70 watt laser at I believe something like 50% power at 200 or 250 speed. It was pretty easy to laser and the settings could be adjusted to be better. But I just randomly chose those and had no problem. But if you do some tests you may find better settings. Good luck!
