same happened with my friend .. his mother was ill he took 5 days leave . it was appraisal time . manager give poor rating , now he is in pip , but blessings in disguise was he was govt job aspirant got results of previous exams and now going to become a gadzeted officer , he was a bsc grade in mnc .
now he made manager life difficult demanding the night shift allowance of 5 month 😂, manager was continuously rejecting his request , he daily texted where are you manager not replying , are you there 😂 doing cc half company . at the end got his nsa also

3 years back my grandmother died because of covid and I was worked in reputed Insurance company, at that time when people lost their lives and their jobs as well , I cant describe in words what I went through I cant even cried properly and neither I have taken leave more from the company because I am the only bread earner of my family because my family suffers from financial crises and in back of my mind it haunts me as well in terms of survival if I take more leaves and negative thoughts was come in my mind for the job and for survival , i convert my tears into my strength and dedicate and tribute my hardwork by pledging myself that I can do everything that meets my family ends ....after watching thumbnail all the things are flashing instantly.... anyways I am shaping myself and just strengthening myself because its necessary for me and for my family.

Meri mummy ka brain ka operation hua tha, wo ek din Ghar se nikal kar chali gayi morning me operation k 15 din baad. Us din Mai connect nahi kya aur sach bata diya ek colleague ko ki aisa hua hai mummy nahi mil rahi. Usne manger ko bata diya. Mujhe high technology project se nikal k excel update project me daal diya. Aur wo colleague aaj onsite Mai. Fir ek saal exploits kar k jab meri mummy ki death ho gayi to us project se release kar diya. Mummy to us din raat me highway par behosh galat me mili thi , to mujhe state shift kar k home town aak k liye 1 week off Lena pada. Ye reason jante hue bhi manager , aur management diya ki tumne week ki chutti Li thi.

Ye sab reasons kabhi bhi colleague ko mat batao, coz colleague aage kis form me transfer kar raha hai information aapko nahi pata. Directly manager se hi baat karni chahiye in sab chizon k bare me, and if you don't want to share with others, ye explicitly bolo manager ko ki don't share this with anyone else.

Yeah but the real reason is 3yrs exp 20LPA is to much so the company will wait for the reason to remove
2 saal pehle ki baat hai mei depress hogya tha meko lga company wale mera mazak banaenge, ese help maanga is a sign of weakness, but i was wrong, muje 2 weeks ka sabbatical mil gya tha!

Don't only focus on service based and product based debeat. There is another segment for Indian IT employees called GCCs growing in India. If you have 3+ yrs experience there is a fair chance with to working global fortune 500 companies.
I am manager and I asks my reportee regularly about their problems . But still they lie me and during WFH they are joining calls late also if I assign them work, I need to handhold them. What to do in such cases?

@@user-im2ey4ij3j I have given all flexibility. Most people now thought WFH is their birth right. But ultimately at the end if you deliver you are good resource else face consequence. In my long experience I never saw a person who work dedicatedly 8 hours a day for his company was forced to resign. Even in my team one girl with only 2 years of experience is delivering outstanding and nominated her for awards and she received one award as well. There are millions of people waiting outside to replace.
Sab kuch nahi bata sakte we can just mention personal emergency..if company doesn't understand we gotta switch simple..don't reveal the truth at all..
I was also fired in HCL after my father passed and company didn’t show sympathy. Moreover they have fired me after few days.

How do i prepare myself in these tough situations. I see a lot of people getting fired and then not getting jobs for 5-6 months straight. This is something i want to prepare for. I just don't understand if the market itself is so conserved against hiring new people or these guys lack something that is resulting of them not getting interview calls/getting rejected in interviews.

Indian IT companies ke managers actually wahi failed employees hote hai jinhe company in past ne nikala hoga poor performance ya bad attitude se..so they are firing the innocent employees when they become manager...But karma bhi inhe raja se bhikari jaldi bana deti hai ek penny nahi rehta jab ye 40 cross kar lete hai
