He probably didn't start at that amount. The longer and more opiates you take can make your tolerance get higher. It could be someone else who's tolerance is a lot higher than his tolerance use to be.

Yea I only did 60mg to 30s a day but horrible withdrawal without haveing it but 160 i cant imagine the withdrawal that nothing but god prayer and fasting
