This song reminds me of my mom. When I was little and had anxiety, she would put on Hawaiian tapes and said "just listen to the music and you don't have to focus on the words since it's in a different language" I was always able to go to sleep this way. Now this is always the song I listen to when I'm anxious or having a bad day.
