lmao I've been to both. Miami is at least 100x better than fake Dubai.
Meanwhile Fake Dubai is 100x safer than Miami.
Miami has more culture however Dubai is very new. I'd choose Dubai, i dont want to be robbed at gunpoint for wearing a watch or be forced to carry a weapon.

I've been to both many times. Miami is nice but it's just overpriced. Dubai is more of a future city. Getting in now in Dubai is cheap and the right time.

hmmmmm 40% tax rate plus way over the top property taxes vs 0% tax rate, lower cost of property, and little property tax.... you decide. Do the math if you're making a million plus a month....where are you treated best?

Dubai is very easy to move too. Miami is not. You can't just pack up and go to Miami tomorrow where as to Dubai you can.
Then pack and come to dubai, YOU CANT.

This isn't a question, Miami is superior to Dubai across the board! Having empty malls and unoccupied skyscrapers certainly doesn't help an overrated Dubai compete.

Dubai is better ,I've had an experience of living in both!(Dubai 5 years and Miami 6 months-was enough for me though)
1. Dubai is SUPER clean ,city , beaches, EVERYTHING. Miami well pretty clean ...comparing to other US
2. Dubai is super safe!!! crime is at 0 level! you'll not be scared to walk there at night ,as a woman ....in Miami I've had issues with "some kind" (lets be polite) of guys who were chasing me trying to sell sh*t OMG ,after few times I don't walk at night anymore
3. no guns! in Miami mall "that kind of guys" started to run ,shout and scare people
also I've seen a robbery just in front of me this will NEVER happen in Dubai, just never
4. dr*gs topic and homeless people . In Miami its everywhere and drugged people ,or just psychos...in Dubai- NEVER , its illegal ,you'll not even hear wed smoke - if sb do- jail 5 years ...I couldn't breathe normally in Miami - stink from that in lifts , taxis, from neighbors, at every festival that's AWFUL
5.Driving culture - Miami its awful! People drive as they want , no rules 😵In Dubai no problem at all
6.Prices almost same , Dubai much cheaper for food etc
7.Climate and season almost same, Dubai is much hotter during summer though -many people travel to Europe for this time
8.Also its much easier to rent apt or do whatever in Dubai (for a beginner with limited amount of local documents ) than in Miami

I have heard the exact opposite from people who have been to both cities. Someone told me Miami is a small boring town compared to Dubai.
I went tourism for 3 cities 😍 Dubai , Miami USA and Sharm el sheikh Egypt.
My opinion sharm el sheikh is awesome freedom beautiful , safe at night, clean , all American fast food restaurants near to you , low prices , ⛱️ beaches everywhere and sunny all day , I didn't expect that sharm el sheikh is such a beautiful ❤️ city like this . Only 100 $ was very good for 1 day in 5 stars hotel all inclusive, free food , drinks , pool and the room is awesome view .
Dubai is same as sharm el sheikh but in a fake luxury way but it's also very nice beautiful city but 10 more expensive in everything , 5 stars hotel in dubai is 20 more expensive than sharm el sheikh and there is no all inclusive food .You must pay for everything.
Miami is from the top cities in USA , it's expensive, not too safe , clean , people are not friendly, no freedom like europe in USA that was misleading information.

Find a pro. They have a bucket of sponsors. Money is your real sponsor. No money, dont come here or you will regret it.
Life in Dubai is cheap if you are from a developed country and have a great paying employer. Otherwise your salary will be gone from you pocket within a week. You must be a very successful businessman. Or a very in demand employee.
With no kids you better make atleast 12000 to save something.
